HomeRoom has grown and matured as has its collection. American Rejects features pieces that embody simple, nostalgic Americana. The varsity jacket (touchdown) and the shortened peacoat (docks & piers) are made of 100% California wool and leather right in San Francisco. HomeRoom has released a series of new graphic t-shirts as part of their Fall 2009 Collection. The graphics are very clean this season and most notably is the Eric Bailey collaboration. This season is the last that HomeRoom will be offering graphic tees. After Fall 2009 you will see a clear concentration from the brand on cut-and-sew.

The HomeRoom hat collection is for those that can appreciate the process of construction and fabrication. The HomeRoom summer ha series is comprised of complex lightweight wool fabrics, in a timeless cut. Starting with wool from the English countryside, Dormeuil turns that into a beautiful cloth, which is then shipped to America for construction. Each cap features a vent, flipped brim, nylon strap and an embroidered HomeRoom logo on the back. HomeRoom made a first names for itself a couple of years ago, when they were among the first to produce handmade hoodies. Their hoodies came in wild colors and material mixes, which was new at the time, when the whole hoodie game was less played out. After many other brands started doing the same, they moved on.

This spring season it seems like HomeRoom is coming back to its roots. Instead of presenting an ever growing line of t-shirts and other pieces, Homeroom decided to scale back and produce every piece of the new collection in the US. In terms of materials they once again found some treasures that one does not come across too often, such as aloe treated buffalo check linen on their shirts and streaked denim.

Homeroom has released their Fall/Winter 2008 collection. Consisting of t-shirts, cardigans, shirts and custom hoodies, Homeroom has found a nice balance between t-shirts and cut-and-sew. The t-shirts come with strong graphics in rather unusual colors, which reflect their unique approach.

San Francisco’s HomeRoom Clothing got together with Sole Sector, one of America’s premier dance crews. Together they created the Varsity T-Shirt, which is essentially a t-shirt with a varsity jacket print. It also features the classic varsity lettering.
The t-shirt is now available in the HomeRoom online store.

Homeroom has started to manufacture hats out of left over materials from the high end Le HomeRoom line. These hats are made from the finest wool, tweed and silken. The construction and quality under the HomeRoom label is up to par with Le HomeRoom’s custom pieces.
