For Fall/Winter 2011, the Puma by Hussein Chalayan Collection introduces the new Gravity Low running sneaker. Sports inspired, the shoe is as clean as it gets, featuring hidden seams and close to no branding, except for the small embossed Hussein Chalayan logo on the heeel. The sneaker releases this season in overall three muted colorways.

The Puma by Hussein Chalayan Collection has been one of the most interesting things to come from the German sportswear brand in recent years. The designer manages to produce timeless and functional fashion that we can only appreciate. Puma continues their Hussein Chalayan ‘Urban Mobility’ collection for Fall 2011 with several new sneakers, seen at Agenda. Most exciting is the model above, which expands upon some of Chalayan’s previous work in women’s fashion whereby he crafted dresses that appeared to be in motion when still. The sneaker has the same look. Wild. There’s also a tonal, premium leather, running-inspired sneaker. Look for these come Fall 2011.

The Puma by Hussein Chalayan sneaker range is for sure among the most interesting to come from the German sportswear company in recent years, with most other releasing being over the top for the most part. Hussein Chalayan developed a solid range of new silhouettes, all featuring subtle to hardly recognizable branding, premium leathers and nice colorways.

For Spring/Summer 2011 the collection introduces two new low top sneakers, next to their existing styles. Take a look at the sneakers after the jump.

We present another sneaker from the Puma by Hussein Chalayan Fall/Winter 2010 Collection, which is without a doubt the most interesting offering currently, from the German footwear brand. The sneaker comes with two velcro straps in an all black premium leather version. It features the Puma logo embossed on the tongue. The ankle padding comes in patent leather and the Puma stripe logo is basically invisible on the side-panels. The sneaker is now available from Soto.

After presenting the Chukka from the Puma by Hussein Chalayan Fall/Winter 2010 Collection the other day, we show you today the high top sneaker from the line. It comes in a very nice light beige suede colorway with mud accents on the side-panel and heel. The sneaker is now available from colette (storeguiede).

The new Puma by Hussein Chalayan Collection for Fall/Winter 2010 is getting into stores. Here we give you a detailed look at the new Motus Chukka for the season. The mid top sneaker comes in butter soft suede with leather lining and only very subtle branding. The new brown and navy colorways have gotten in at Soto Berlin (storeguide).

The good people from A Magazine have launched a new magazine, entitled N°ABCDE Magazine. Every issue of the new magazine is designed and curated by a different designer. The first issues to release were curated and designed by Dirk van Saene and Bernhard Willhelm, which can both be seen online here.

For the upcoming months, they have already announced the line-up of curators and it includes Hussein Chalayan, Olivier Theyskens and Viktor & Rolf.

“Dirk Van Saene was the first guest, that same year, N°B magazine was also published, curated by Bernhard Wilhelm. While N°A was more about Belgian fashion in general, Bernhard decided to dedicate the contents of his magazine to his friends and interests, with spectacular results. From then on, the guests had “carte blanche”. N°C magazine had Hussein Chalayan as its guest and N°D featured Olivier Theyskens and N°E featured Viktor&Rolf. By then, the relationship with the publisher turned sour, and the magazine folded.”

Our Berlin bureau is going ham and brie over these chukka boots from Hussein Chalayan’s latest PUMA Urban Mobility Collection. On the Motus, Chalayan explores “that fine boundary between fashion and technology”, that has won him accolades from around the globe – most notably back-to-back wins at the British Fashion Awards. The Urban Mobility by Hussein Chalayan collection is one of the most interesting lines to come from Puma in a while. Here we give you a first detailed look at the footwear from the new line. The Chukka Boot is actually a beautiful shoe. We recently has the chance to check it out live and the leather is pure butter. Next to the Chukka there is one more high top and one more low top sneaker in the collection.
