PUMA Fall Winter 2010 Urban Mobility Collection Preview
Following a successful first season, PUMA continues the Urban Mobility Collection into FW’10 under the creative direction of Hussein Chalayan. Embracing the concept of minimalism in urban living, Chalayan infuses each sneaker with understated functionality. Styles include the Urban Flyer, Urban Flyer Fold (a slip-on variant) and Urban Motus. The Motus (pictured above) is our pick of the litter, with clean suede chukka boot styling and subtle branding.

Hit the jump for a closer look at the PUMA FW10 Urban Mobility Collection.

Puma x Hussein Chalayan Spring/Summer 2010 "Urban Mobility" Collection | First Looks

For Spring/Summer 2010 Puma and Hussein Chalayan present their first collaborative collection. Entitled “Urban Mobility”, Chalayan presents a collection that shows off his talent for material innovation and Puma’s technical excellence.

“At the heart of the collaboration is Chalayan’s exploration of new technology, which has produced spellbinding runway moments: skirts that opened and folded by remote control, furniture that morphed into clothing and outfits orbited by electric lights.

While not as extreme, the pieces designed for Puma continue Chalayan’s penchant for cutting-edge style combined with function.”

The collaboration between the designer and the brand is long-term. We will of course keep you posted.

After the jump some more views from the Puma x Hussein Chalayan Spring/Summer 2010 “Urban Mobility” Collection.
