Women’s brand Candies has created a vast range of iPhone cases for Opening Ceremony. Although placed in the women’s section, they seem to have a universal appeal. Releasing later this year is a collaborative capsule collection by Incase and artist Shepard Fairey. Together the two produced a nice range of items, comprised of bags and backpacks, as well as laptop sleeves, iPad and iPhone cases. The artist created compelling graphics and patterns for the collection, which is branded with both ‘Shepard Fairey’ and ‘Obey’.

Look out for a release in the coming months.

Ikku means ‘coming and going’ in Japanese. This references that fact that the brand cares where their materials are coming from and ultimately where the world is going to. These iPhone 4 cases use recycled and organic materials – the fabric used on the iPhone 4 cases is the excess material created from cutting out MacBook and iPad sleeves. Now available at Firmament.

As part of their new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection, Gucci has released silicone iPad 2 and iPhone 4 cases. Coming each in a series of colors, they feature the classic GG all-over pattern. Considering that it is Gucci, the 160 USD iPad case and 90 USD iPhone case are priced quite well. The question now only is, if you want a rubber case from a brand like Gucci?

If you remember, we presented a while ago the Mangusta Legacy car concept by designer Maxime de Keiser. The design was a tribute to the original Mangusta sports car from 1967.

Now de Keiser and Les Forges MDK studio worked on the next iconic design and present the iPhone 4 Legacy. Once again they pay tribute to an all time classic, in this case the original Macintosh 128k computer from the 80s. The original beige color of the computer and multicolor Apple logo are used on the iPhone 4 case. Hopefully the case will actually be produced.

Staple once again worked on a new product based on their popular pigeon theme. Together with Case Mate they present the ‘Pigeon’ iPhone 4 and iPhone 4 S case. The feedback on the Vans iPhone 4 Case featuring the brand’s iconic waffle sole pattern on the back, was rather stunning yesterday. Not only did the case sell out from the official Vans online store in minutes, they also seem to have trouble to restock immediately. Today we take a closer look at the case, which could not be any more classic Vans in terms of styling.

The brand has now announced that the next drop will be in February 2012 and the case will go for 28 USD. Until then you can try on eBay, but the price seems to be a little too inflated in our opinion, therefore it seems to be worth waiting.

HEX announces a skeek, genuine leather wallet case for the iPhone 4/4S. We take a closer look at the new handcrafted wooden slim cases by Vers for the iPhone 4/4 S and the iPad 2. Vers offers the cases in walnut and in bamboo.
