From November 18th until November 24th, visvim will set up a temporary F.I.L. shop-in-shop at Japanese department store Isetan Men’s. The store will carry the visvim Fall/Winter 2009 Collection, along with some nice specials.

Menswear retailer Oi Polloi has worked with Gloverall on a small collaborative project. Gloverall manufactured some of their classic duffels and pea-coats, in England, exclusively for Oi Polloi. The Monty, a classic duffle coat, comes in a solid navy/red colorway and the Reefer Jacket comes in two colorways and is fully lined. Rather than changing the outside appearance, Oi Polloi concentrated on adding some nice details on the inside.

Wacko Maria offers up a pretty fresh “Riders Jacket” as part of their Fall/Winter 09 collection. In terms of cut and details there are obvious similarities to famous motorcycle jackets from the likes of Barbour or Belstaff, with one key difference – a gingham wool outer. Comes in grey, brown, or purple (seen on the flip) and will run you ¥63,000 at ELT. (Approx. $703 USD).

New product from the WTAPS Fall/Winter 2009 Collection has been released. The brand presents a short fur Ranger jacket, some new shirts in various designs, denim, a hat, as well as some new keychains. The new product is now available at Cliff Edge.

Today we take a closer look at the upcoming Triumvir Winter 2009 Collection, entitled “Hell is for Heroes”. Triumvir presents a solid line-up of jackets, pants, denim, t-shirts and caps. The line is basically worked in all black, aside from the woven shirts. Graphics usually come tonal, once again highlighting the minimalist approach to the collection. Triumvir will release their Winter 2009 line today, November 13th.

NEXUSVII® drops their latest down jacket for the season. Done in collaboration with Irie Life, the lining features a multicolored blend of bold imagery offsetting the solid colored navy or orange outer. The jacket also features a NEXUSVII® and Irie Life Star of David crest on the front. Now available from select retailers including L’Intrus and Vlack Osaka.

Undercover sub-brand, Undercoverism will be releasing three new leather biker jackets this weekend. The jackets come in black, navy and in white. Compared to the Undercover line, Undercoverism keeps it a little more classic and less detailed, what we actually prefer in some cases, such as in this. The white leather jacket will be the most limited out of the three. They will be available from November 14th at Undercoverism Aoyama.

The nicest piece so far to come from the URSUS Bape Collection will release this week – the Melton Jacket. The jacket made of melton wool comes in two colorways and is styled after the classic college jacket. While the jacket stays simple on the front, the back of it features an extensive embroidery graphic. The New York flagship store will carry it from November 11th.

We present you some looks from the Militant Pacifist Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The Japanese brand has developed nicely over the last couple of seasons, presenting for Fall/Winter 2009 some quality cut-and-sew goods. The stand-out pieces for us are the quilted varsity jacket and the quilted short peacoat. Other items include shirts, cardigans and hoodies. Unforunately the brand is not very accessible yet, hopefully that will change soon. Via honeyee.

A nice technical hoody comes from a collaboration between XLarge and Lowe Alpine. Lowe Alpine is an Italian outerwear goods manufacturer. The hoodie is more of a technical shell and features a pin-stripe design. Also it comes in a matching pouch to pack it away. The XLarge x Lowe Alpine Hoodie will be released on November 13th.
