2012 marks the 50th anniversary of the James Bond film series. No other watch company can be connected to the iconic British spy than Omega and as such, it totally makes sense that they dedicate a limited edition version of their Seamaster watch to James Bond.

“The watch is in the Seamaster series, uses a “007″ theme on the black lacquer dial with “50″ filled in with red on the outer bezel, and uses Omega’s caliber 2507 co-axial movement. The winding rotor looks like a bullet and is inscribed with “50 years of James Bond.” The Omega Seamaster Limited Edition James Bond 50th Anniversary watch is sized at 41mm and will be available some time early this year.”

The watch will come in an edition of 11′007 pieces.

The adidas ZX 800 DB is an interesting addition to the Originals by Originals David Beckham Spring/Summer 2011 Collection.

“For the adidas ObyO ZX 800 DB, collaborators David Beckham and James Bond took a more polished direction. They’ve redesigned the iconic late-80s runner from fine leather and mesh, adding a classy leather tongue label and a bold adidas label on the midsole.”

In the third season of adidas Originals by Originals Undefeated’s James Bond once again teams up with football superstar David Beckham for a series of footwear. The ZX Trail Mid DB, is a new “hybrid trail shoe that combines the upper of adidas’ Marathon Mid with the sole and Torsion bar of the classic ZX 8000 runner.” Comes in two colors: the above beef and brocolli, and a black and blue that can be seen below.

In Fall/Winter 2010 the alliance of sport and style icon David Beckham and Undefeated founder James Bond once again brings to life a sophisticated men’s range that is all about selected premium materials in combination with contemporary, comfortable styles and subtle branding. The blending of American sportswear with classic British chic builds a bridge between David’s present influences and his heritage (jacket and suspender pants are made of 100% Harris Tweed wool.)

We have to admit that in the beginning we could not really get behind this line from the Originals by Originals range. Once we saw the product getting into stores we were very pleasantly surprised at the subtle, yet detailed work and high quality outcome. Definitely sophisticated styles that scream quality, while keeping the branding and colors minimalist.

The collection will be available in selected boutiques August 2010.

The sneaker comes in a nice premium brown leather colorway with a thin strap going over the foot. The 3 Stripes are only hinted at with subtle metal studs and a short ankle piece can be removed with a zipper. The sneaker is now available from Crooked Tongues.

In conjunction with James Bond from Undefeated, David Beckham presents a timeless and casual sportswear collection this season.

A pioneering running shoe design, first introduced in the late ’80s, this variation on the legendary adidas ZX 8000 uses a superior material blend of open mesh and rich suede leather for high quality without compromising the famed lightweight feel. Completed with a DB signature lace jewel, DB signature sock liner and soft leather lining, the strong use of colour makes for an eyecatching essential. Whatever the weather and regardless of terrain, this is the ultimate mix of retro and rugged styling.

After already showing you some products from the range, we can give you a more comprehensive look into the David Beckham collection from the adidas Originals by Originals project today. The lookbook nicely showcases the general direction and style the line plays in.

David Beckham and James Bond were inspired by the mix of classic American sportswear and fabrics with fashionable silhouettes and details. The apparel range features luxury materials such as cashmere and silk, whereas the footwear builds on iconic adidas products, such as the ZX8000. Key items of the FW09 range include the Leather Puffer Jacket and the Marathon TR Mid, featuring GoreTex® technology and a sole formed by small Trefoils, both highlighting David’s personal style. On top of the classic apparel and footwear pieces, David Beckham and James Bond have also developed accessories for men, and even a long sleeve thermal shirt and pants for underneath.

Overall the collection is for sure the most subtle in the bunch. The pieces are easy to wear, yet come in nice premium and innovative fabrics.
