Not the first and certainly not the last, we present another collaboration between a champagne brand and a fashion designer, as first reported by Selectism. This time Piper Heidsieck gets together with Jean Paul Gaultier on a special limited edition bottle for their Brut Cuvee. Inspired by Gaultier’s design and Parisian night life, the bottle is exclusively available from Piper Heidsieck and comes with a matching ice bucket and glasses.

As part of their USA vs. France design partnership, Opening Ceremony collaborates with seminal designer Jean Paul Gaultier to recreate the classic nautical-striped shirt with OC’s punchy New York touch i.e. a smudged “Jean-Paul Gaultier pour Opening Ceremony” bottom stripe, and a hooded option. Jean-Paul Gaultier extends his collaborative relationship with Dr Martens to a mainline release for Spring 2011. For the new release, Jean-Paul worked with a similar cut-out pattern as seen with the high-cut style, but this time on the more customer-friendly 8 eye boot. Comes in black or white, as you can clearly see.

Jean Paul Gaultier has hooked up with fellow French brand Pataugas on the Authentique Mariniere Boot. The design is a classic from the French designer, as he once again uses the white/blue stripe pattern, which he is best known for. The boots are made of canvas, feature a thick white rubber outer sole and are now available from Opening Ceremony. The designer’s branding on the heel was in our opinion unnecessary.

Levi’s has worked with some interesting collaborators in the past, including Damien Hirst, House of Holland, Robert Geller and many more. In their latest collaborative project they got together with French fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier. We already showed you some lookbook images of the collection, here is now a closer look at the product. The collection consists of two jackets, denim and shorts and should be releasing in stores very soon.

We get a first look at the upcoming collaboration between Levi’s and French fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier. Together the two product a denim collection for Spring 2010, consisting of shirts,, shirts, jeans and jackets. The denim pieces in the line are all made of raw denim and feature thick contrasting red stitching all over the upper, along with a striped pattern on the inside, that is only revealed when being rolled up. The images appeared in the last issue of L’Officiel Homme.

We like the red details on the pieces and in some cases also the rolled up stripes. Some pieces are very extreme and not for us, at the same time that is something you want to see from such a collaboration.

After a small teaser a while back, we can give you a more detailed view of the new Dr. Martens x Jean-Paul Gaultier collaboration boots. The boots come in black and white and feature a diamond cut-out design. As a base the 14 eye boot was used in leather. Look out for the boots at retailers this Fall/Winter 2009 season. Via Vogue.

Dr. Martens continues to work on all fronts. The brand has put out lots of interesting boots in their main line these past months and also the collaborative efforts are appreciated. After working with Yohji Yamamoto and Raf Simons in the high fashion arena, they continue this Fall/Winter. colette will present them from March 16th to 21st and at Maison Baccarat March 24th to 30th before being auctioned next April 7th at 8pm at Artcurial, to raise money for the RAMSAR convention, which Evian supports for more than 10 years.
