We have shown you teaser already of the Original Fake x Levi’s Chompers Pack, here now some nice pictures of the just released pieces. The two brands got together to release some denim and matching denim jacket. The jacket features the Chompers design on the cuffs and the denim on the waist. The denim also features a cross embroidery on the left back pocket, as well as the Kaws crosses on the back tag.
Both pieces have been released in Japan and hopefully also make their way to international Original Fake retailers. More pictures after the jump.

The collaboration of Japanese retailer Atmos and Levi’s seems to be on-going, as they release every season a couple of nice items. Now they present the Buffalo Check Collection. The collection consists of the Military Sherpa Jacket, 703 Mid Used and the 703 Dark Used denim. The parka features flannel as the inner lining and the same material has been applied on the denim, on the back pockets.
The denim has a nice wash and with these little details, it makes a perfect pack for the Winter. It has been released at Atmos today.

The two most authentic and stylistic progressive companies in youth culture have come together again to collaborate on a project, exclusively for Europe and Japan. Stussy has shaped and paved the way for legions of fans, other brands and an entire culture through their original, sophisticated and authentic designs and ethics. Levi’s®, the leading and most credible denim company has over centuries influenced generations of rebels, style leaders and outsiders to, in turn, shape the way we understand and wear and perceive denims today. It is only natural that these two pioneers would come together to create a truly representative and extraordinary project.  
 
The project encompasses two denims, a jacket and a tee shirt which are to be released in November 2007. The products will only be available in strict limited numbers to the Levi’s® Flagship stores across Europe as well as selected Stussy stores across Europe and Japan.  The denims are based on the iconic 1967 505 Slim Fit and come two different washes, one being a rigid raw denim and a “worn” wash. The jean is a model of sophistication and purity, harnessing the premium qualities of the selvedge indigo denim. The slim and slightly tapered shape is new, though it has echoes in the past.
The jacket is based on the original Levi’s® 705xx Type 1 Jacket Standard Fit in a rigid finish with a modern twist in terms of design to it. Details include the print of the Stussy logo within the interior back of the jacket as well as on the small of the back.
The tee is a reworking of one of Stussy’s classics- combining the essence of Stussy’s subversive humour with a touch of denim reference and adding the original Levi’s® logo. 
The denim’s will retail at 250€, the jacket will also be retailed at the same price. The tee shirt will be sold for 70€. This collaborative project will be released in November 2007 and will only be available in very limited quantities.

Levi’s, Devilock and CLOT worked together on the classic Levi’s 501 and created a nice package. The denim comes with tons of customizations including holes, washes, patches and more. Inspiration for the denim was the 1970’s rock era. The denim comes packaged in a custom canvas bag. Via Basaradan.
There are no details so far as to when these will be released, but we’ll keep you posted!

We reported a while ago about the Levi’s Artist Series, which consisted of collaboration with Matzu and Kaws. Staple was also part of the series, but it got a little quite around it, so we were not sure anymore whether it was still coming. Now Jeff Staple shows some first teaser images of the denim, which is also part of the Staple 10th Anniversary celebrations.
The denim features a Aluminum back patch and stitching to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of Staple. The back pockets feature pink acruates. Lastly we see the custom tag of the denim. There is no release date so far, but should the denim be released to the general public we will let you know.

We have reported about this project this summer during the tradeshow season (see here). Luxury denim brand Yoropiko will be releasing a collaborative project with Head Stone and Star Wars next week to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Star Wars. The jeans feature white storm troopers as pictured and they are only making 100 pairs that will be distributed exclusively in Hong Kong.  This a collectors piece for sure. Once we have more images we’ll show you the product in more detail.

Fiberops has become in recent years one of our favorite denim brands. Quality, styles as well as graphics have always been convincing. This year the brand took some time off to re-establish itself and start over. Therefore we are even happier to see them back on the radar in full effect. Their Fall/Winter 2007 collection has been delivered to stores this past week and is stronger than ever.
Their new collection includes crewneck and v-neck t-shirts, the Nylon Psycho Scooter jacket, Slims Workshirts, Full Metal Jacket Workshirt, hoodies, a stadium jacket and of course an outstanding range of denim with as usual lots of details and all in high quality. The t-shirts stay mostly very simple and basic.

The Puma x Evisu denim collaboration seems to be on-going. This time Puma re-launched Evisu with some black denim. The new style features old school tattoo detailing and is available in PUMA concept stores across the country.
The tone-on-tone Evisu brushstroke logo remains, and a sheen coating which gives the denim a more polished, finished look. Available women’s styles include skinny leg, boot cut, straight fit and the cinch mini skirt. Men’s jeans are available in regular fit, slim fit, loose fit and boot cut. 
It is nice seeing Puma build their denim offer, also with  company like Evisu, but we can’t really say we like all the detailing with prints, embroidery and especially the sheen coating. Check out more pics after the jump.

Here a funny new release from Sweden. The people from Cheap Monday were asked to design a pair of raw denim for the beer brand Norrlands Guld. The outcome is a nice pair of denim with of course the bottle opener attached. They went live tonight at Caliroots and are limited to 1′000 pairs worldwide.

Levi Strauss & Co. is ready to unveil their latest work of wearable art: the first image of Damien Hirst’s jeans for Levi’s. The artist designed a collection as part of The Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, known as Warhol Factory X Levi’s Damien Hirst. The jeans will be unveiled during New York’s Spring 2008 Fashion Week at a runway show at the Gagosian gallery in Chelsea and the line will arrive in stores in January as part of the 2008 season and will feature both men’s and women’s selections.
