We already previewed the Jil Sander python print t-shirts, here is now a look at the python iPad Show Bag. Rather than only being a case, the added straps turn the piece into a wearable bag.

“This strapped body-bag is crafted from finely-detailed python print leather, in a futuristic shade of blue. Taking its lead from the document bags worn by travellers, it hints of the youthful and often nomadic nature of the designer’s style. The piece is designed to fit an iPad and can be carried around the neck via one of two straps, the other of which is designed to secure the piece around the waist.”

The bag is now in stock at Oki-Ni.

It is funny how things change so quickly in the fashion world. In recent years one had the impression that graphic prints and especially all-over prints were about the worst thing a streetwear brand could do in the market. Things have become much simpler, with pocket tees and small logo tags being the most one was able to accept on a t-shirt. At the same time you look at the high fashion game and both sneakers and t-shirts could not become any louder in terms of design. The Louboutin’s and Givenchy’s at the fore front of the trend, gaining popularity in the men’s markets all around the globe.

Yesterday we showed you the new Givenchy Spring/Summer ‘12 t-shirts, here is now a look at the upcoming Jil Sander Python Print T-Shirts for Spring/Summer 2012. These come in overall three colorways and will be available from LuisaViaRoma from March 2012.

Developed in collaboration with LG Electronics, we present the latest of fashion phones by Jil Sander. The designer brand chose to work on a Windows Phone and is powered by the 7.5 operating system. Staying true to the Jil Sander aesthetic, the mobile phone comes with clean lines and nice contrasts, resulting in an overall elegant and stylish looking piece of hardware.

Aside from launching in several markets this week, the new Jil Sander Phone will also be available online from tomorrow, in the official Jil Sander online store.

Today we can present you a more detailed look of the Uniqlo +J Fall/Winter 2011 Collection, the last collection from the collaboration between the Japanese retailer and designer Jil Sander.

The line is looking really strong, with especially the outerwear standing out. Colors are as usual mostly muted, but a few color hits have been infused as well this time. The jackets and blazers are our personal favorites. The collection will launch at select Uniqlo stores around the globe on September 7th, 2011.

Featured are  the following brands: rag & bone, Dries van Noten, Raf Simons, Neil Barrett, Kris Van Assche, Dsquared2, Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Thom Browne, Givenchy, Calvin Klein, Burberry Prorsum, Jil Sander, Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Gucci, D&G and Dior Homme.

Rather than mixing the brands, the magazine chose to do one shot per brand, featuring several complete outfits of the brand from the coming Fall/Winter 2011 season. We really like that each brand was given proper space and that each brand’s clothing was highlighted in the respective mood of the coming collection. The outcome is a series of images that give a great round-up of what you will be seeing in stores in the coming months.

We take an early look at an interesting upcoming sneaker from the Jil Sander Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. The low top sneaker features a mixed leather and suede upper, with the sole being a hybrid construction, mixing a regular sneaker sole with an espadrille sole.

From the Jil Sander Spring/Summer 2011 Collection we present these desert boots. Coming in navy and brown suede versions with leather outer soles, the uppers are accented with royal blue leather around the ankle and on the heel. An interesting and modern take on the classic silhouette.

There is not much to say about this new calf leather iPad case coming from the Jil Sander Spring/Summer 2011 Collection – simple, quality and classy. The case is now available from Oki-Ni.

Jil Sander is going into new territory for Spring/Summer 2011, introducing much more color than we are used to see from the brand. Here we take a look at a clean leather lace-up shoe from the line, which features a contrasting blue “lacquered” outer sole. The shoe should also be coming soon with pink and orange outer soles. The above blue version is now in stock at LuisaViaRoma.

Today we get a first full look at the new Uniqlo +J Spring/Summer 2011 Collection, once again designed by Jil Sander. The line gets much more technical than in previous seasons and we especially like the outerwear offering. Of course you also get a nice choice of well cut shirts, knitwear, pants and some accessories. Next to the usual black, white and mud tones, you will also find some color accents in this new collection, which hits stores January 26th.
