highsnobiety - Vans x Jeff Grosso Legend Pack Feat. Jim Phillips
Vans introduce the Jeff Grosso Legends pack, featuring artwork by Jim Phillips from the Santa Cruz archives. The collaboration between Grosso and Vans was a natural, as Jeff has ridden the shoes for decades. The pack consists of a Sk8 Hi and an Old School. Both sneakers in the pack feature Jim Phillips artwork out of the Santa Cruz archives.
"Jeff’s the gnarliest wear-tester our designers have ever sat down with, bringing natural solutions to already great classics, the Sk8 Hi and the Old Skool. Improvements include – “lace saver” eyerow construction, vintage pattern details, notched heel in Sk8 Hi, dura-cap toe and ollie areas, and full-length polyurethane foam footbeds. These shoes represent Grosso’s love and respect for skateboarding."
The pack is now available at Japanese Vans stores.
More detailed images after the jump.

His talent, personality, and innovative approach to skating inked him into the pages of skate history permanently.
Vans is proud to welcome Grosso back onto the team and introduce the Jeff Grosso Legends pack, featuring artwork by Jim Phillips from the Santa Cruz archives.
