In an interesting and for sure unexpected collaboration, Canadian Reigning Champ got together with musician John Mayer on their Stadium Hoodie. The hoodie comes in 4 colorways and is inspired by the stadium jacket, with the sleeves coming in a different color than the body. Also the buttons are a nice detail on the hoodies, which feature the artist’s logo tag on the chest. The hoodies will be released at Japanese retailer vendor on July 24th.

13thWitness aka Timothy McGurr has recently Directed, Shot, and Edited a collaborative video with John Mayer. Serving as a retrospective tour video for the first half of the 2010 Battle Studies tour, the video is set to the music of Mayer’s song “Edge Of Desire.” Check out this very personal glance into Mayer’s tour: the artistry of his band, the rigors of tour travel, and above all, Mayer’s appreciation for his fans.

As part of its ongoing creative collaboration with Jay-Z and Madison Square Garden, and the ABSOLUT Concert Series, ABSOLUT Vodka announced today – “NY-Z” – a behind the scenes Jay-Z documentary showcasing what it truly means for an artist to play at the Garden.

ABSOLUT worked with famed photographer Danny Clinch to capture never before seen footage of Jay-Z and John Mayer as they prepared for Jay-Z’s benefit concert at MSG this past 9/11. NY-Z, will be unveiled on March 22 at Facebook.com/ABSOLUT.

John Mayer and Staple joined forces to collaborate on a t-shirt. Since both John Mayer and Jeff Staple are in their 30s, they incorporated that into the t-shirt graphic, as well as a re-interpretation of the infamous Aspirin logo by Bayer. The t-shirt comes in three colorways and will be available at The Reed Space as of tomorrow.

Musician John Mayer got together with NYC artist Kaws on several small projects. Kaws designed some guitar picks for him. On one side they carry some of Kaws’s signature designs and on the other side signatures by both artists.

Furthermore Kaws also designed the VIP tickets of John Mayers worldtour as reported by Jeff Staple.

Together Incase and John Mayer created a simple, reusable, “green” utility/grocery bag made from hemp that was given to all the passengers of Mayercraft Carrier Cruise last weekend. With one large volume and two buttoned flap pockets on the front for a wallet, keys or sunglasses, it was the perfect accessory for anyone cruising on the ship.
