Dave White’s first Air Jordan 1 Retro design was a masterpiece. His American flag-inspired shoes caused a stir at All-Star Weekend, and he mentored kids at Inglewood High School as part of his work with Jordan and WINGS for the Future.

White and Jordan are back again, and the result is the Air Jordan 1 High DW. These kicks feature the iconic Jordan black/sport red-white-cement grey colorway, and even bring in the elephant print on the forefoot laces-strap.

But it’s White’s trademark paint splatter and brush strokes that make this shoe stand out. The brand has also put together a Jordan DW WINGS crew T-shirt to commemorate the release.

The Dave White Air Jordan 1 Retro will be available in North America, Europe and China on February 11, 2012. In celebration of All-Star Week and WINGS, and another run will drop on February 24.

With a release date set for February 4th, 2012, the Jordan Spizike ‘Bordeaux’ is just about to come out and official images have arrived. The multicolor version of the iconic sneaker has been much talked about and anticipated for months already, with US President Barack Obama having already received a pair. Now you can slowly set your mind on the drop and get ready.

Last night Spike Lee presented US President Barack Obama with a pair of Jordan Spiz’ikes. The shoes, a pair of Spiz’ike ‘Boredeaux (out February 2012) came packaged in a custom brown wood box emblazoned with the presidential seal. Do you think we’ll see Barack wearing these?

By now, most of you should know about the December 23rd release of the Air Jordan 11 Retro Concord. Today we show you some more detailed images of the sneaker and the entire capsule collection that will release along with it next week. Included in the collection are a track suit, shorts, t-shirts, AJ11 socks and more. Look out for a release at premium Jordan retailers on December 23rd, 2011.

Jordan Brand has had a few strong retro releases this year and the upcoming Air Jordan 11 Retro Concord will with out any doubt be a great finish of the year. Coming in a similar pack as the AJXI ‘Space Jams’ from two years ago, the iconic sneaker will see a re-release on December 23rd, 2011 and will thus make a great Christmas present. Purists might not be into the updated purple outer sole versus the original blue one.

For Holiday 2011, Jordan Brand will be releasing the Air Jordan 1 KO Premium. The high top sneaker will come in black, dark cinder and light graphite, featuring a bright varsity red Jordan logo on the tongue and nice tonal piping details. A release is scheduled for November 12th, 2011.

First previewed by Spike Lee earlier this year, we can show you some better images of the Jordan Spizike ‘Knicks’ Pack. The iconic basketball sneaker comes in the iconic Knicks colors – orange flash and blue ribbon. Both releasing on November 5th, 2011, these will be refreshing looks during the cold winter months.

The Jordan Winterized 6 Rings Boot returns for Holiday 2011 in a Light Charcoal/High Voltage – City Grey – Blue colorway. Look for these at Jordan Brand accounts in November.

Earlier this week we had the opportunity to visit the Nike Campus in Beaverton, Oregon for Jordan Brand’s Holiday 2011 Flight Forum. Centered on the latest footwear developments for Jordan’s star players Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and Dwyane Wade, Jordan gave a select group of media a first peak at the CP3.V, Fly Wade 2 and Melo M8 signature shoes. Rounding out the unveiling were several new CP, Melo and Wade endorsed sneakers as well as a full range of forthcoming Jordan brand apparel.

As part of the event, we also had the opportunity to wear test some of these shoes in Nike’s Bo Jackson gym. The most comfortable and responsive for this editor’s (admittedly amateur) style of play were the Melo M8s, as pictured above.
