Today Opium Barcelona will celebrate their opening and with that will be releasing the Jordan VII Miro, an homage to the Spanish artist. The shoe will only be released in very limited quantities and a handful of shops worldwide.

With the fashion world descending on Barcelona this week, Jordan Brand has a little surprise. On July 3rd, they will premier a model of the Jordan VII inspired by the art of Juan Miro. The VII was on the feet of MJ during the ‘92 Dream Team gold medal run, so fittinlngly makes an appearence in the city of that historic moment. Opium Barcelonawill play host to the event, which begins promptly at 7:30 pm. (via Guillotine). 

For the Parisian streetball tournament Quai 54, Jordan Brand will be releasing a special "Wine & Grind" pack. The pack consists of the Air Jordan V Fusion (Wine) and the Jordan Esterno (Grind). The pack will be released on 4th of July exclusively in Paris invery limited quantities. The 170 pairs of the Jordan V Fusion will be distributed between Opium and Colette in Paris. The 155 pairs of the Jordan Esterno will be released at Footlocker in Paris. Via LaMJC.

James Jordan Jr. was tragically murdered on July 23, 1993. In memory of Michael’s father, and celebrating dad’s everywhere, Brand Jordan releases the Fathers Day addition of the Jordan 1. An embroidered tool box on the heel of each color is emblematic of the core subject, and both the tan and black options feature a clear swoosh and herringbone pattern. Livestock’s got them now.

Above you see the selection of hand made 1:6 scale Jordans made by Michael Lau at 2006’s Gardener Meets Nike exhibition. The shoes coincide with a large scale handmade Gardener model in honor of Michael Jordan. This work has not yet been pulled into production, but one can’t really imagine that the result wouldn’t galvanize a good deal of interest. (Via Crazy Toyz).

With the Jordan PHLY, Jordan brand entered the lifestyle segment this year. Before the athletic shoes made it into the lifestyle sector, but the PHLY was fully intended and placed in that market segment right from the start. After releasing several PHLY High colorways so far, the brand will be releasing the first PHLY low this summer. Pic via Kenlu.

After presenting a successful line-up of fusion models between the Air Force 1 and the Jordan V, Nike will be introducing this Fall season the AJF3, the fusion version of the Air Force 1 and the Jordan III.

Images of the Nike P-Rod High SB have been circulating the Internet for a while already. Here we can show you thanks to Sneaker Freaker a good image of this exciting upcoming release. It is wrapped in elephant print and has overall been once again inspired by Jordan in terms of colors.
Expect these to land in stores in August.

Two new colorways of the Nike Jordan PHLY have been released, Jordan brands official venture into lifestyle. One comes in the original Jordan retro colors black/varsity red with nice contrasting stitching in white. The other one comes in white with mostly blue accents, also featuring the “Pop Herring” logo on the heel, which is the logo of Michael Jordan’s coach at Laney High School.
Both colorways will be available at Hangtime from March 8th. Detailed images after the jump.
