nigo jun takashi going nowhere 540x360 Nigo & Jun Takashi Interview | Going Nowhere

Dazed Digital catches up with Nigo and Jun Takashi. They talk about their Nowhere store, the recent opening of the Nowhere pop-up store inside Dover Street Market and what the store has done for the two Japanese designers. Most interesting, the article notes that Last Orgy 2, the brand first introduced in the beginning of the 90’s at Nowhere in Tokyo, will actually come back with more than just the t-shirts and hoodies that have come out so far.

Check out the interview here.

nowhere dover street market nigo juno NOWHERE Comes To Dover Street Market

Only a couple of weeks ago we showed you the image above, of a Last Orgy 2 t-shirt, the brand initially created by Nigo and Jun Takashi in the beginning of the 90’s, when they still used to run the NOWHERE store. It was their first project, before starting Bape and Undercover. Both of these brands were started out of NOWHERE. We were guessing that some of the product would be re-released soon. We were not completely wrong, but there is much more to it.

NOWHERE will open again for a limited period of time in the basement of Dover Street Market London from 17th January 2009 selling A Bathing Ape products and exclusive products made by Nigo and Jun together under the NOWHERE name.

We cannot wait to see some of the product. We will keep you posted!

The Honeyee Store has received some great new items from both Levi’s Fenom and Affa.
They got in Levi’s Fenom Flannel shirts. The new shirts have a pin check pattern, and are thus more detailed and also more dressy than the usual flannel shirts that we come across. They come in two colorways.
Affa, the brand by Hiroshi Fujiwara and Jun Takashi of Undercover, released an amazing black blazer, with lots of nice details. The blazer is overall sporty and made for any occasion.
Check out the shirts in further detail and the blazer after the jump.

Alakazam is a creative project based in London and James Jarvis, Will Sweeney and Zongamin are the founding members of it. Basically it is their own small clothing line that brings out every once in a while fresh new t-shirts and some other pieces, such as Medicom Japan collaborations.
After recently collaborating with Amos Toys on some t-shirts, the brand now got together with Japans Undercover. The result of the collaboration are some t-shirts and a reversible zip hoodie. The pieces were created for the upcoming Susumu Mukai & Will Sweeney Exhibition. Pics via JunTakashi.
Check out all pieces after the jump.
