Yesterday the new Louis Vuitton Men’s Fall/Winter 2012 Collection was shown on the runways of Paris. Designer Kim Jones presented razor sharp suits, as usual a nice line-up of outerwear and the usual Vuitton accessories this season. We especially like the beige tones used in the new collection, the big wrapped knitwear pieces, and of course also the premium and exotic leather bomber jackets. Bean Pole, South Korea’s largest clothing brand founded in 1989, has collaborated for the second time with designer Kim Jones for Fall/Winter 2011. The designer, who is currently heading the menswear division of Louis Vuitton, infuses a new style into the Korean brand, which is both modern and easy to wear. The collection will be available in the United States for the first time exclusively at Opening Ceremony.

Combining youthful proportions with a traditional color palette was important to the designer in order to appeal to both the traditional Bean Pole customer and yet a more fashionably led consumer. The graphics were inspired by one of Jones’ favorite artists, Ed Ruscha, and the prints include some of his favorite species, such as the raccoon dog.

Louis Vuitton designer Kim Jones has launched the ‘One Life Project’ – a range of t-shirts inspired by the recent BBC nature documentary ‘Life’. There are three styles of men’s t-shirts available, with designs featuring various wild animals.

The collection is currently available to pre-order on ZoZO Japan.

First product from the new Dunhill by Kim Jones Spring/Summer 2010 Collection has been released. The release includes t-shirts, as well as a v-neck sweater. All pieces play with paneling and the t-shirts all feature striped patterns. The Dunhill by Kim Jones line is now available at Opening Ceremony.

Before the Dunhill by Kim Jones fashion show of tomorrow night, we can already give you a preview of some of next season’s accessories. Our favorite product is the croc hiking boot, but the postcard notebooks are also looking really nice.

We have presented you a while ago the Umbro by Kim Jones Fall/Winter 2007 footwear collection. The footwear is now getting into stores and they also have a big line-up of accessories coming along, so we thought we would show you these as well.
Inspired by their footwear designs, the accessories come matching. They have a large selection of bags, messenger bags, backpacks in the line-up adapting the colors and patterns of the rest of the collection. Among our favorite are the woven wallets, belts and also the nice hats and matching scarfs.
