Japanese magazine Popeye has produced a nice spread for their December 2011 issue, featuring Japanese brand kolor, KARA and sacai. Highlighting strong pieces of each of the respective brands’ Fall/Winter 2011 Collections, the outcome is a well styled and casually produced image series. Once again Tomoki Sukezane did an excellent job styling the shoot.

Japanese brands kolor and Yoshida collaborated for Spring/Summer 2011 on a beautiful technical backpack. The large size pack comes in three colorways, offering aside from the more common black and grey options, also a colorful purple/yellow version. While the backpack comes with solid functionality, we appreciate that the look has not been overdone. It probably will not become your daily companion, but rather the bag of choice for weekend trips. All three are now available from Beams.

From Japanese brand kolor comes the Cowhide Lace Up Shoe from their Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The shoe features a perforated suede upper, wedge rubber Goodyear outer sole and a triple steel safety pin detail on the side. The new kolor shoe is now available from Oki-Ni.

Oki-Ni takes stock in a great collaborative bag from Kolor and Porter. “An unstructured frame, this tote bag is made from PVC tarpaulin lined in soft cotton. Leather trim is supple tan cowhide, finished with brass hardware, zip and brass stud feet.”

A beautiful shoe has been released from Kolor for Spring/Summer 2010. The low top loafer comes in a navy suede colorway with bronze metallic details on the upper and a thick white sole. They are now available at Oki-Ni.

Just earlier this week we gave you a look at the Kolor Spring/Summer 2009 Collection, which we liked a lot. Here now a closer look at some of their footwear – the Leather Ankle Shoe. The shoe comes in great premium leather, white rubber sole, and is available now in two colorways at Browns.

The brand Kolor we have been watching for a while already, but except for a couple of Japanese magazines, we had a hard time so far getting hold of some good images. Today we show you their Spring/Summer 2009 Collection, which is looking great.
