Today we can give you a nice look at the works on display of the ‘Kindergarten’ exhibition, that is opening tonight at the Galleria Civica di Modena. The group show includes works by Delta, Tom Sachs, Futura, Mode2, Os Gemeos and Kostas Seremetis. All artists worked on sculptures for the show and their style, as many of you should know, is very different.

The official opening is tonight at 6:30pm. The show runs until September 18th.

We already showed you the clothing from the Stussy x Kostas Seremetis Holiday 2010 collaboration capsule collection a while back, consisting of a beautiful varsity jacket and some t-shirts. Here is now a look at the accessories, including a college ring, a leather wallet, a mesh cap and beanies in a series of colorways. The new product is now in stock at Haven.

As part of a capsule collection that Stussy has worked on with post-pop artist Kostas Seremetis from New York, they present this varsity jacket. The jacket comes with a black wool body and matching black leather sleeves, featuring a series of patches created by the artist. The jacket is now available from The Glade.

Stussy has worked with artist Kostas Seremetis on a small capsule collection of t-shirts for Fall 2010. The line consists of several graphic tees, each coming in a series of colorways. The t-shirts are now available from Wellgosh.

The summer delivery from Sydney, Australia based retailer come brand Supply has arrived at Haven. “We here personally love the genuine gritty skate and metal imagery used by Supply. This drop is highlighted by the excellent collaboration with New York based artist Kostas Seremetis who has worked along the likes of Surrender, Neighborhood and W)taps. Also arriving are the Check Single Pocket Shirts that are offered in some nice refreshing colors. New brand on the block HOP makes a strong opening. They present a rather simple logo t-shirt and several collaborative tees, with the graphics coming from none other than Kostas Seremetis. The first HOP t-shirts are now available at The Hideout.

Another interesting episode comes from Upper Playground’s Walrus TV. This week photographer Ricky Powell interviewed painter Kostas Seremetis. Kostas discusses how he got his start initially as an animator and was rejected from all of the art schools that he applied to – but that didn’t stop him from pursuing his dream and becoming a successful painter.  Seremetis discusses the importance of painting what he loves  – and that includes super heroes, comic books, sci-fi movies and samurai movies.  The interview is inspirational, gives you a great glimpse into Kostas’ studio and what inspires each piece.
