It looks like New York’s KRINK has teamed up with uniform experiment from Japan on some pieces for Fall/Winter 2011. Here above you can see the trailer of the collaboration, with more to come soon.

On Friday April 8th, G-Shock & Krink celebrated their recent partnership with a unique exhibition of Craig Costello’s work – Spray Paint the Walls. Enjoy the video.

Artist Craig Costello aka KR, of KRINK, joined forces with G-Shock for an exhibition called “Spray Paint the Walls.” The main draw is exactly what you would imagine – walls covered in KRINK’s trademark drips – however, a series of smaller, solid-colored canvases are also on display alongside a selection of G-Shock watches. The exhibition opens April 9, 2011 at 18 Wooster Street in New York City.

G-Shock interviews KR on the occasion of his recent collaborative watch.

G-Shock is proud to announce a new collaboration with artist/entrepreneur Craig Costello, a.k.a. “KR”, founder of Krink (High quality art supplies). We had previewed the watch already a while ago and can show you today a more detailed look, as it makes its way to the US market.

“Staying true to the G-Shock toughness and technology, the DW6900KR-8 carries the tradition of Krink’s minimalist design aesthetic, the DW-6900KR-8 has a metallic matte silver finish (Casio pulled it out of it’s library especially for KR) and for the first time in G-Shock history, the watch will bare a full mirror face and LCD display. Craig also omitted all technical type from the inner ring on the face of the watch, making this piece the cleanest look G-Shock has ever produced. Each G-Shock x Krink timepiece has a custom-made “silver on silver” commemorative tin for its collectors.”

The watch will release April 2011 at select stores throughout the United States.

New York City’s KRINK worked with Casio on a G-Shock watch in the brand’s signature metallic silver. Further details include the KRINK name placed in several location over the watch. We appreciate that KRINK went for something different than the usual drip look on this release, while still retaining their distinctive identity. Available soon through select retailers including Kinetics.

ABSOLUT Vodka unveils ‘A work in Progress’ with internationally renowned New York artist, Krink and art, fashion and photography magazine, Exit.

With the bottle as his inspiration, Krink has created fifteen individual custom-designed ABSOLUT LIMITED EDITION bottles, with each 70cl bottle being uniquely customized using the artist’s signature; KRINK ink, in striking black, silver and white.

Stephen Toner, Editor of Exit Magazine said, “Exit’s relationship with Absolut spans the past decade. Both share a unique vision of imaginative partnerships with artists and groundbreaking projects. This Autumn/Winter issue we commissioned one of Exit’s favourite street artists, Krink, to bring his creative ideas to life and make the present exceptional with his own interpretation of the ABSOLUT LIMITED EDITION bottle.”

Krink commented, “The shape of the Absolut bottle is a design classic; I wanted to treat it as a sculpture. The bottle shape is iconic enough to represent their brand without showing their logo. The interaction between the drips and the bottle bring two iconic elements together, one helping the other.”
