For fall, Belgian designer Kris Van Assche has released another collection of creative sneakers. Intricate super-high tops with velcro details and side closures in the usual minimalist palette of black and white define the release. Materials include premium leather and suede uppers. Another great sneaker from Belgian designer Kris van Assche’s Fall/Winter 2009 lineup has been released. The high top sneaker comes in a mix of premium white leather and suede with interesting panel details around the ankle and toe box. These shoes, created in partnership with the luxury shoemaker Berluti, are now available at colette.

Today we take an early look at the Kris van Assche Spring/Summer 2010 Footwear. Once again the designer gets creative with his sneakers. Both the high top and low top sneakers in the collection feature an interesting lacing system. In terms of colors they kept it simple, which was a good move. On top of the sneakers, Van Assche also presents some nice suede loafers and lace-ups, along with some interesting high rise technical boots.

A great new leather high top sneaker has released from the Kris van Assche Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The sneaker comes in premium black leather and suede on the upper and features interesting details around the ankle, as well as on the toe box. For Fall/Winter 2009, Belgian designer Kris Van Assche has produced his largest footwear collection to date. The new line will consists of overall 30 styles. The high top sneakers are looking very interesting and different from pretty much everything else in the market. The sneakers were just presented at Pitti Uomo, and should be getting into stores some time this summer. Via Selectism.

Ever since Kris Van Assche launched his own label and took over the reigns at Dior Homme, after Hedi Slimane left, we have been watching him and especially his work. Dior Homme collections still look good and also his own line is nicely developing.
Here we give you a look at his Spring/Summer 2008 high top sneakers. The sneaker comes in various metallic colorways and and also in solid white and black with patent accents. We especially like the lacing on these, it’s different from any other sneaker out there. Pics via Skeleton Legs.
