Tonight, Claw Money will be celebrating the release of her Boosted case and bag collection in Los Angeles. The event starts at Barracuda and will continue later on at Bordello with performance by Devlin & Darko, Roxy Cottontail and a Special Guest.
Expect an A-List of guests at the event. Rumor also has it that Santogold will be at the event, just another reason to make it over there.

On April 3rd Fred Segal MAN will be opening a pop-up store exclusively carrying the collection by Damien Hirst in collaboration with the Warhol Factory and Levi’s. They created a stunning space for the collection in Los Angeles. Via Notcot.

LA’s premier fitted cap store, Hall Of Fame, has a released a new series of t-shirts – the Upside Down Tees. They come in several colorways for different cities and teams and are available now.

Here is the Adidas Gil II Zero x Gilwood, paying tribute to the ties that Gilbert has to the west coast, where he was born and raised. This shoe is about paying tribute to his roots with the classic colorways of the Lakers.
It will be released March 30th.

Sometime in the first couple of weeks of April, Crooks & Castles will be dropping some hoodies that are exclusive to their flagship store on LA. Overall there are three hoodies being released, each coming in three colorways – black, red and purple.

Here is something a little unexpected. House Of Cassette will be opening an experimental store of Fairfax. The official opening celebration is actually today.

Freshjive has released some new New Era caps as part of their Spring/Summer 2008 collection. There is a new black leather cap and two colorways of the LA cap. Both are now available at Reserve in LA.

Not many brands have managed to create such a strong following as Johnny Cupcakes has in Boston with both the webstore and the physical store. People have been lining up for literally every release of the brand. Now they are expanding and announced their second flagship store, which will be on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. More info once we get closer to the opening!

The Comme des Garcons Guerilla Store L.A. opened its doors this weekend. Another hot retail spot for the city, where a lot has been happening in the past months in terms of stores already.
The new store is just like most of these guerilla stores around the globe, very raw in terms of design, minimal and nothing like any other store in its surroundings. On your next L.A. trip, make sure to stop by.

Last year Rostarr held an exhibition at the Turntable Lab in LA. For the occasion they had worked on a collaboration with Clae Footwear. They made the Garvey slip-on model in all black and added a tonal Rostarr artwork embroidery to it. They still have the available in store now!
