Once again Lakai produces a couple of Japan exclusives this season. The All In One Pack is part of the Japanese collection and we give you a first look at the Telford from the pack.

The Lakai “All In One” Telford comes in all green. In terms of materials one finds suede, leather, as well as perforated leather on the upper. The entire All In One Pack will be coming in green color – soon we should be able to show you the other styles.

The sneaker is now available from Mita.

After first presenting the Lakai Jericho in a limited “Fully Flared” edition, the popular Telford now also celebrates the latest Lakai movie. Matching the artwork of the movie, the Telford come in a mix of bold colors and is now exclusively available at CCS.

Lakai got together with Japanese brand Bal to work on a sneaker. The brand added a wild multicolor graphic to the side panels of the otherwise simple silhouette. The rest of the sneaker is covered in black suede. The Bal logo appears on the back heel.

The Lakai x Bal shoe is now available at Zozo.

We give you a preview of the Lakai Holiday 2008 collection and concentrate on the limited edition models and new styles that will soon be available in stores.
As part of their limited edition collection, Lakai presents the Black Pack, which consists of three sneakers, as you might have guessed, they are all black. Furthermore the Jericho comes in a Fully Flared edition (here above) and they continue their recycled program with two sneakers.
In the regular collection they added this season the Belmont, a really nice premium sneaker, that has certain similarities with the hi tops of Clae. It comes in subtle colors and premium materials.

The Lakai Telford is one of the most successful lifestyle models of the brands, that looks good on the skateboard just as much as off on the streets. Here we give you a look at the Lakai Japan line-up of the Telford Low and Telford High. There are some solid styles in the line-up, dropping in the coming weeks. Via Honeyee.

Lakai’s Telford model is proving to be a great base for color and texture. The "IBN" pack shares a little with the famed Huf SB Hi, with the tie dye side panel and hllaeel counter. Not the first time the two skate driven lines have connected visually, and perhaps not the last, but that doesn’t detract from the Telford which benefits always from strong material choices. Lakai presents a new Japan exclusive Telford High. At first it looks like the high-top sneaker comes with an all-over polks dot design, but it actually has stars all-over. The laces also come with the star all-over print, in both black and white.
The Lakai Telford Japan Edition "Star Pack" will be released in the near future at Flauge.

From Bjork’s recent video to Lakai’s “Where the Wild Things Are Series,” the influence of Maurice Sendak’s classic childrens book has posted a wide swatch recently. Add to that continued rumors of Spike Jonz feature length film, and well, the intersection of Sendak with the contemporary fashion and art world is undeniable. Yet, with the surge of product related to his drawing, little information about the artist has been shared with this audience. There is a lot to know about Sendak beyond "Where the Wild Things Are," and a good deal to be learned from his interests and techniques.
A new exhibition at Philadelphia’s Rosenbach Museum and Library, “There’s a Mystery There: Sendak on Sendak,” is open now. It is the largest retrospective of Sendak’s work to date, honoring of his 80th birthday and driven by his own words. 
A little about Sendak: “One of the most famous creators of contemporary children’s books, Maurice Sendak has authored and illustrated 84 books in a career spanning nearly six decades. The themes and illustrations that characterize Sendak’s work have challenged the norms of children’s literature over time and continue to entrance both children and adults to this day. His innovative techniques and honest portrayal of childhood emotion are celebrated worldwide and have earned him several prestigious honors, including the Caldecott Book Medal (1964), the international Hans Christian Andersen Medal (1970), the National Medal of Arts (1996), a Library of Congress "Living Legend" medal (2000), and the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award for Literature (2003).”

Here is the next limited edition series out of the Lakai Summer ‘08 collection – the Racing Series. In this series Lakai worked with some other brands out of skateboarding including Diamond Supply Co, Girl, VA, Matix, Krux, Ricta and others. The series is made up of the Biebel, Foster 4 and the Mariano 2.

We present you the Lakai Summer ‘08 Limited Edition Election Series. With the US elections going at full speed and having everybodies attention, Lakai pays homage to the act with their Election Series.
The series is made up of three signature shoes – Carroll, Howard and Koston. Each shoe comes with a cap as well as a t-shirt of hoodie.
