We came across this amazing ‘Matryushka Doll’ lamp by Japanese brand Suicoke and just had to show it to you. It comes in several sizes, with the base being the doll, featuring a skull face graphic. The lamps are now available from Zozograndh and will certainly make for a stand-out design object in your home.

We have reported about the work of artist/sculptor Ryan McElhinney before. Here we take a look at one of his latest creations – the toy lamp.

“Ryan McElhinney turns trash into unique treasure. The Toy Lamp is made of unwanted toys which are bonded together and then coated in a high gloss polyurethane lacquer.” Via DY.

The lamp is a great alternative to the Philippe Starck gun lamp.

After first creating an installation for Kris van Assche’s runway show, designer Jake Phipps will be launching the “Jeeves and Wooster” lamp collection. For the start there will be two lamp styles, based on two very classic hats. The lamps come in black with velvet details and gold or silver linings. The result is a very stylish looking lamp, that is especially impressive when used as a group. Via Think Silly.

Korean artist Kim Songhe has produced interesting pieces for some time now and worked in the past with Medicom and Silly Thing. Here we show you her “Disney” Chandelier. The lamp is made of Disney plush toys, certainly making for an interesting look. The chandelier is now available at Tokyo Cultuart.
