Loomstate Organic Soccer Balls
R29 explores Loomstate’s World Cup proddy. “Playing dress-up with World Cup fashion is all well and good, but what if you want to actually go out and kick a ball around? Well, purveyors of eco-friendly fashions, Loomstate, has you covered so you won’t have to sacrifice style while playing a little footsy. Their mini, inflatable, $20 soccer balls come in organic cotton canvas and recycled, organic denim—so while they’re definitely not for the serious footballer, they are perfect for passing around on the beach or at your next picnic. Game on!”

Keds got together with Loomstate to produce their first ever eco-friendly footwear. Rogan Gregory and Scott Hahn designed a collection of sneakers for Keds, that will be distributed exclusively at Barneys New York.

“The shoes are eco-friendly with organic uppers and linings, nickel-free eyelets, recycled insole board and shoe boxes and no tissue paper in the packaging. Also, a percentage of sales go to the Organic Exchange.” Via LA Times.

Prices at 75 USD, the Keds by Loomstate footwear will hit Barneys this coming Monday.

Once again Target has worked with another fashion brand to bring you a new collaborative collection. These type of collaborations are always questionable, but in the end of the day we believe its a pretty good deal for everybody. Target gets some good design and is associated with a cool brand and Loomstate in this case, gets their name out there and the customer gets decent clothes for good prices.

Loomstate, the eco-friendly brand, made some nice summer looks for Target, consisting of t-shirts, shirts, shorts and board shorts. Look out for these to release soon.

Detailed images of the Loomstate for Target collection follow after the jump.
