Smart Magazine shot in their October issue a lookbook for the Head Porter Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The Japanese premium luggage brand presents a solid line-up, including a camo series, croc series, tartan pattern series and more. Some of the collection has already released, but most of it is still to come, so keep your eyes open for the release.

Hysteric Glamour continues to work with the Andy Warhol Foundation and this time also worked with Globe Trotter to create a Andy Warhol by Hysteric Glamour luggage collection. The collection consists of several suitcases, features a black leather upper and a silver skull print design lining. The collection will be released on September 16th. Via Openers.

As part of their Fall 2009 Collection A Bathing Ape has released the Lucky Sta sandal. Inspired by the classic Birkenstock sandal, they present two colorways. At the Geneva Auto Show, Infiniti presented their new Essence sportscar. The beautiful car does not only impress with its design and its 600 HP hybrid engine, but also with the details. As you can imagine the tunk is pretty small and therefore Infiniti commissioned Louis Vuitton to create a custom luggage collectio, that fits perfectly into the trunk. The outcome is just perfect. During Bread & Butter we gave you a first exclusive look at the new Samsonite Black Label By Viktor & Rolf collection. The line has launched in part exclusively at colette on February 10th.

We give you a first look at the Y-3 Spring/Summer 2009 “Beach” Luggage Collection. The line right away attracted some attention, because usually we only see black pieces from Y-3. We like the striped design of the collection and the mix of canvas and leather, making it a nicely balanced casual collection for the warmer days ahead. From backpacks, duffel bags to totes, the line offers a good selection.

Another interesting new project was previewed at Bread & Butter. Samsonite Black Label got together with Dutch Designer Duo Viktor & Rolf. The outcome is a clean black collection along with a more attention drawing all-over print collection.

After presenting you the upcoming Solebox x Reebok collaboration yesterday, we have another interesting project by the German sneaker store to present you. They worked with German high end metal luggage brand Rimowa on the IATA Cabin Trolley.

“Made of polycarbonat like used on airplane windows. Strong and light. The lid is clear polycarbonat. The back black polycarbonat and as color tips we used red zippers.”

The Solebox trolley will be released in 2009 along with a special project – read with a new sneaker collaboration!
