Japanese premium luggage brand Head Porter presents a bunch of great new materials and patterns for their new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. Next to the Tank line, we especially like the all new Regatta collection, which nicely mixes classic colors with popping accents. The Neon Collection also looks good, mixing fine leathers with neon accents with an overall premium appeal that reminds of Comme des Garcons. A colorful leopard camouflage pattern is introduces with the Amur Collection.

Moncler seems to be working on several interesting new collaborations these days. First they teamed up with Berlin based Mykita on sunglasses and today we get a first look at their collaboration with luggage brand Rimowa on a suitcase.

While keeping the trademark aluminium case of the Rimowa suitcase, handles and the entire interior have been outfitted with the iconic Moncler nylon down fabric. Furthermore the brand’s logo has been placed on the upper of the suitcase. The suitcase is now available from the Moncler Aoyama flagship store.

Japanese brand master-piece, known for their superb range of luggage, presents the lookbook of their new Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. From vintage inspired fabrics, heritage wool versions to more modern graphics infused pieces, master-piece presents something for everybody this coming season, while staying true to the style and quality standard of the brand on each and every piece.

Heading back to the Agenda HB tradeshow floor, we take a look at the Herschel Supply Co. Spring 2012 Luggage range. In addition to their popular overnight duffle bags in a rainbow of colors, the Canadian label is putting a focus on more long-haul travel. The bags are constructed of heavy nylon with tumbled leather details, high quality wheels and organized storage. With three different suitcase sizes (and matching dop kits) in black or red, Herschel has you sorted for wherever your travels may take you.

Heritage inspired brand SOUTH2 WEST8 has released a new Ballistic Nylon Luggage Collection. The mix of heritage inspired luggage pieces, including bags, tote bags, pouches and backpacks, with technical ballistic nylon fabrics, is a great match-up. We especially like the tote and the backpacks in the new range, which is now available in their online store.

After having presented to you the apparel lookbook from Head Porter for Fall/Winter 2011, we can preview today the luggage collection from the Japanese brand.

From tartan prints, canvas to leather and fur, the new Head Porter Plus Fall/Winter 2011 luggage offers as usual a wide range that we are excited about. The brand has been supplying high quality luggage and accessories for such a long time, yet manages to create refreshing takes on classic and new silhouettes every season over again.

We get a first look at the upcoming collaboration between mastermind JAPAN and Globe-Trotter on a suitcase for Spring/Summer 2012. The suitcase comes in black with the skull and bones logo of the brand featured on the upper, while the lining comes in a classic green camouflage.

Head Porter has released  this month their new “Crew” series, a military inspired luggage collection. The collection features khaki, beige and black pieces in nylon and it has to be one of our favorite new collections to come from the Japanese brand since a while. Via honeyee.

Just some weeks ago we presented the Prada customizable sunglasses, allowing you to put two initials on the Prada Private sunglasses. Now the Italian luxury brand takes the concept further and introduces the Made To Order “Lettering” Service. Starting January 15th, backpacks, trolleys and shopping bags in saffiano leather or camouflage print can be customized with the attachment of multicolored initials.  Each letter has been matched with a color and a graphic motif, also in saffiano leather. The service is offered on prada.com and at 12 Prada stores around the globe.

While brands such as Louis Vuitton and Goyard have been offering such customization for a long time already, the Prada approach is less traditional, more colorful, yet also less timeless.

Offered in 21″ and 30″ models, the Diablo case is blacked out in premium leather and mmJ’ed up with the label’s Skull & Crossbones motif – most prominently on the all-over print lining.
