A little while ago we presented to you the Nike Sportswear Stages Livestrong footwear collection. The Lunar Racer and the Lunar Everyday are only days away from release, so we give you a more detailed look.

The Nike LunaRacer brings together two technologies – Flywire and Lunarlite foam. After its first debut in 2008, it returns now in the Livestrong signature colors. Designed with a Lunar bottom and a Nike Free Everyday upper, The Nike Lunar Everyday combines two of Nike’s most innovative technologies. The Nike Lunar Everyday was specifically constructed for the Nike Sportswear Livestrong branded product and proudly boasts the Livestrong colorways.

The premise behind the collection is have a collection of footwear that represents Lance Armstrong’s training regime, from running to cycling to his obsession with sneaker culture. Both sneakers will be released on April 11th. The Lunar Racer is exclusive to 21 Mercer in New York, the Lunar Everyday will be available at selected doors around the globe.

After presenting you the Blackout pack (Air Force 1, Dunk Hi, Air Morgan, Air Max 90) by Nike Sportswear this morning, we give you a look now at the black versions of the Lunar Racer that have also been released today, exclusivly at 21 Mercer in New York.

The designers chose to keep the body of shoe black, but added in pops of color for energy and interest. Five different colors for the five styles of Lunar Racers were chosen: Purple, blue, green, yellow, and red. The yellow colorway is releasing in May 2009.

Yesterday we showed you first images of the new Nike Sportswear flagship store at 21 Mercer in Soho. Today we give you a look at the exclusive product that will be releasing at the store on its opening on August 22nd.
On the 22nd of August you will see the release of the Nike Air Force 1 Lux, coming in overall 12 colorways and only at the new flagship store. The REjuven8, a model that we introduced to you earlier this year, will also be coming in a nice line-up of colors, along with the new Lunar Racer, sporting the new Nike Flywire technology. Last but not least Nike will be releasing a technical M-65 patchwork jacket. The M-65 jacket is a true classic of military design. Updated and re-imagined as part of the NSW collection, it is produced from a highly functional three layer laminate waterproof breathable nylon. Each jacket comes with a different patwork layout and is thus unique.
If we did not give you enough reasons to pass by the new store, then we do not know what else to do!
