First Bun B, now Lupe Fiasco has collaborated with the Greedy Genius. Lupe takes the Paratrooper model, adds a twist of braided and lizard leather and accents it with lime green. All sits a top a white sole. There is just a little too much of the Huf Chucka collaboration with VANS to give Lupe any credit for originality. Regardless, the shoe has dropped at Leaders 1354 for those interested.

After already working on denim and t-shirts in recent years, Lupe Fiasco and False continue their collaboration project and they are getting ready to launch Fallacy Of Rome, an entire collaboration capsule collection.
For now the website is in stand-by mode and has a count-down running, indiciating that the site and collection will be launching in the next 5 weeks.

Just this morning we reported about the upcoming Complex issue featuring Lupe Fiasco, N.E.R.D. and the works of Kaws. Complex gives us some more details on the issue now, images from inside spreads designed by Kaws as well as some nice video interviews. Kaws designed the N.E.R.D story and artist Reas designed the Lupe Fiasco Story.
As much as we love the work of Kaws, we do not understand why this comes so short after his work on iD Magazine. Even though his work for iD was on another level, we still think that a bit more time in between would not have hurt anybody.

We came across some first images of the upcoming issue of Complex. As usual the issue features two different covers, one on each side. This time they feature N.E.R.D. and Lupe Fiasco as well as Kaws artwork on the background. Via BBC/Ice Cream.

Dita made 10 red versions of their popular Midnight Special model for Lupe Fiasco’s Tour. To celebrate the success of the tour they decided to release the remaining 5 pieces of the style in their online store.

Thanks to Complex we can give you a look at the Lupe Fiasco x Converse Chuck Taylor Hi’s, that are part of the Product (RED) line. The shoes come all in black patent leather, including the toe box. The outersole comes in a contrasting red.
For now there is no release date and it’s not sure if they will actually be released, but we’ll keep you posted!

The much anticipated Maharishi x Dr. Romanelli x Lupe Fiasco Jar Tour Jacket that we reported about a few weeks ago is now finally available.

Maharishi and Dr Romanelli have come together to create two jackets to celebrate the release of Lupe’s heavily anticipated sophomore album ‘The Cool’.

These two reversible vietnam era style tour jackets are made from Jar quilted Silk Satin, and feature hand worked embroideries based on imagery inspired by characters created by Lupe for ‘The Cool’.

For a while now Dr. Romanelli and Lupe Fiasco have been working together. For the release of the new Lupe Fiasco album the two for the first time put out product in collaboration. A series of jackets featuring “The Cool” artwork has been made. The reversible jackets are black on one side and bright pink on the other.
