XLarge gets together with fellow Japanese brand Madfoot for Holiday 2011. Together they present a pack consisting of sneakers, stadium jackets and New Era caps. The Mad Storm Hi sneaker comes with leopard pattern uppers, matching the linings of the stadium jackets and the fitted caps. Each product of the collaboration comes in two colorways, all releasing on December 16th, 2011.

High top sneakers and of course ankle and lace straps are all the rage these days. It was only a matter of time for Japanese brand Madfoot to also get into the mix. Together with Omarion they created the Madfoot Oboi. The high top sneaker comes in several colorways, featuring suede and leather uppers, as well as ankle and lace straps.

When first seeing the sneaker, we thought “ok, another one”. The design is not new, the colors are nothing special and let’s be honest – the market could do without these. We used to feature Madfoot a lot more and recently just felt like the brand did not understand the current trend in the market of more subtle colors. The crazy colors, materials and styles that worked so well for them a year ago, just do not work for us anymore today. Having that in mind, the Madfoot Oboi is actually not that bad – it is at least clean in terms of design. If it will find a customer, we will have to see. Look out for a release this summer.

We have to admit that we were not very much into the recent releases from Japanese sneaker brand Madfoot. It just seemed like they got totally stuck on the “neon/patent leather/multicolor” trend that we have seen in the past couple of years, but they did not understand that that is sort of over.

That said, we are happy to present you the most recent colorways of their Sk8-Hi imitation, the Mad Idolater. Coming in a nice mix of suede and canvas, the sneakers feature a striped design in white/blue and white/red. Two very solid and nice looking shoes.

Madfoot got together with Seven Stars to create a pack of four Mad Seven Hi Suede’s. The sneakers come in black, red, green and blue and feature a suede upper. Details on the upper include a font print on the mid sole, and further applications on the toe box and heel.

After giving sneakers their colorful touch and lots of exotic materials, Madfoot from Japan will now take care of the hiking boot. Introducing this season the Mad Raider, Madfoot applied the same principles to the boot that they also do to their sneakers.

For the start the Mad Raider comes in black, sand and brown, mixing high quality leather and exotic leather, giving these classics a whole new look.

We give you a preview of an upcoming Madfoot x 7Stars collaboration. The collaboration collection, which overall consists of 5 sneakers will be released as part of the Madfoot Fall 2008 collection.

Madfoot Japan previews their spring 2009 footwear at BRIGHT Frankfurt. The collection is a cocktail of colorways across their models. From high to lows, Madfoot provides a wide offering for all.

Once again Madfoot got together with 5.0 Destroy Babylon to collaborate on the Mad Fugitive, their high top sneaker, and a matching track suit. Both the sneaker and the track suit come in black with heavy use of leopard patterns.

With the release of this line-up of the Mad Idolator Hi, Madfoot from Japan presents a nice and solid series of sneakers, something we have not been seeing from them in a while now.
The Idolator is more or less their version of the Sk8 Hi, but they managed to put together a nice mix of colors and good choice of premium materials, making these look really good.

Japanese sneaker brand Madfoot has released three new Predator Hi styles. It comes in black and white, both featuring a patent leather upper and gold logo stripe. Also they released a black/pink womens style.
