Marc Jacobs continues to work with Still Life NYC, the brand known for their New York handmade hats. For Holiday 2009 the two brands worked on the Langston Fedora and the Lil Dap Fedora. Both hats comes with a small Marc Jacobs button branding and in a series of colorways. They are priced at 235 USD and available in Marc Jacobs stores now.

New York based graffiti duo Mint and Serf, known together as MIRF, have worked on a series of window displays for Marc Jacobs. After already being featured in the background of a Juergen Teller Marc Jacobs ad, this is a nice next step of including the artists work. Two new tote bags from the Pattern People have been released. This time Karl Lagerfeld and Marc Jacobs decorate their tote bags, which are made of natural canvas. Both totes are now available for purchase from the Hint Shop.

For those of you that enjoy wearing boots during the warmer months of the year, have a closer look at these new Marc Jacobs canvas boots. They come in an off-white colorway and feature a canvas upper with suede accents, giving the boot an overall clean look.

For Fall 2009 Marc Jacobs present some new High Top Sneakers. The sneaker comes with a quilted pattern on the side-panels and a mid-ankle strap. It will be available in black, bordeaux and white leather, as well as black and grey nylon. We prefer the nylon on the mode, because the leather seems a little too shiny and attention seeking.

We are definitely feeling these new Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2009 ankle boots. The mid top suede boots look very much like a classic moccasin and they are also definitely similar to some styles that we have seen from Visvim over the years. They are now available at The Corner.

As part of his Spring/Summer 2009 collection, Marc Jacobs presents a hi top and a low top sneaker, both coming with white leather uppers and a “drawing” design all-over.

It seems like more and more fashion designers are getting into the baby supply game. Just recently we previewed the collaboration of Henrik Vibskov and Quinny. Today news come in that Marc Jacobs has worked with Bugaboo on a limited edition stroller.

“…using the iconic Bugaboo Cameleon as a base design, selecting an all black chassis and using an all over black on black “love Marc” print, maintaining the brand’s unpretentious identity. ”

Colette will be the only European outlet to carry them, starting November 26th.

An interesting new collaboration is coming soon from Marc Jacobs and artist Kaws. The Marc Jacobs Mouse Flats are celebrating their 10th anniversary and for the occasion they hooked up with Kaws, who added his flavor to the shoes.

Limited to 150 pairs worldwide, the shoes will be exclusively available at Colette, Original Fake Tokyo and Marc Jacobs stores in London and New York as of September 29th.

For once also something for the girls by the artist.
