Artist Tom Sachs customized a series of Krink marker sets. Each set features 3 markers – 1 K-12 in white, 1 K-70 in black and 1 K-66 in red and comes complete with a custom “Police Line Do Not Cross” wooden dock.

We worked closely with Tom to create markers that suited specific needs for his work. Tom uses a lot of different markers in his work and he has strict standards related to flow, durability and archival quality. He tested a wide variety of Krink products and we formulated inks to meet his specs. The K-12 rollerball is a brand new marker tip that Tom is really excited about, It’s unique to the market, and is a Krink / Tom Sachs exclusive. We also formulated a new red “Slow Drip Formula” for our K-66 marker meeting Tom’s specific specs.

The Krink K-12 is a unique paint marker featuring a durable steel fine-point tip with a squeezable body. Filled with 12ml of rich, opaque ink, the maker can be used on light or dark surfaces, be it metal, canvas, wood, glass, plastic, or paper. Quick drying, highest quality, made in the USA. Krink releases a new extra-broad tipped marker style called the Jumbo K-51. K-51 markers feature high-quality dye-based inks in vibrant, translucent, water resistant colors. The tip has two edges for different line widths and versatility. “Writes on most surfaces: Metal, canvas, painted surfaces, wood, glass, plastic, and paper are all great surfaces for Krink inks. Great for a variety of art, craft, and industrial uses. Highest quality. Handmade in the USA. Xylene free. Conforms to ASTM D-4236 and California Prop 65.” The first release features four colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black.

Your favorite marker maker, Krink, has come out with some new light colors. The release includes light green, light blue and light pink. All three are now available for purchase.

Carhartt worked with KR and his KRINK label on a series of products. The collaboration spans over a t-shirt, KRINK markers and a screen print. The collaboration will be released on December 12th. Via honeyee.

Today we received the new Carhartt Brand Book Vol. 1. The brand starts to present seasonal books, similar to some of the Japanese brands. Inside the first issue, we came across an interesting project. As part of their Spring/Summer 2009 Collection, Carhartt got together with Krink. The collaboration consists of an exclusive set of three K-71 permanent markers, that includes a customized version of the infamous Carhartt Dearborn Canvas brown. As an add-on they also produced a t-shirt series, limited to 250 pieces, as well as 250 limited edition silkscreen posters. Both the markers and the t-shirts come in re-usable canvas bags in the distinctive colors of the market set.  A release is set some time in the near future.

The Krink x André Squeeze Marker has been released. Coming in two colorways, the Parisian artist did not only influence the bottle design, but also the color of the marker. They are now available at colette.

KRINK inks and markers have chosen an entire crew of Valentine’s day ladies to smother with metallic kisses by collaborating with Married to the MOB.

February makes way for the release of an exclusive co-branded t-shirt printed with MTTM’s classic pink stamp logo, coupled with KRINKS’ signature silver drip style. KRINK and the M.O.B came together, both because of an existing friendship and an on-going involvement in the streetwear industry. Merging an NYC street artist with Married to the Mob’s feminine and edgy aesthetic makes for yet another classic collaboration.

The pack includes a hot pink KRINK marker stamped with MTTM’s trademark kiss-logo on a metallic-pink custom colored label. Married to the Mob keeps it New York City centric by having the photo shot by Brooklyn’s own Timothy McGurr (13thWitness) and modeled by Chelsea’s infamous “Sweet 16″, overlooking the city from the top of the Empire State Building.
