MC Lyte’s return to music comes via her new group Almost September. Lyte joins forces with two blokes who have had some success. Whitey and Jason Lee are both writer/producers, and a missed session with Macy Grey one night led to the meeting with Lyte, and the formation of the group. 
Almost September’s new single "LOVE" features the blast master KRS-1. He rips as usual. Listen here.
