From the Mihara Yasuhiro Fall/Winter 2011 Collection we present two extra-ordinary down vests. One features an entirely knitted wool upper in navy, while the other one comes with an all-over rabbit fur upper. For Fall/Winter 2011, Puma is back with their collaborative collection with Japanese designer Mihara Yasuhiro. This season the designer presents his personal take on the iconic Clyde silhouette in the form of the MY-56, by adding futuristic 3D rubber spheres which peak trough the quarter. Overall the sneaker releases this season in overall 5 colorways.

Mihara Yasuhiro and Chapel of Dawn worked together on a set of half zip leopard sneakers for spring.

The design of this collaboration derives from personal preferences of Chaper of Dawn’s Juno and Mihara Yasuhiro. Yasuhiro is also responsible for product development and manufacturing. The design takes shape over one year, and made in Mihara Yasuhiro signature duo-material. Keeping the original zip detail, the back half of the shoe is wrapped with horsehair; the front half is made in toweling material, with tie-dye leopard print effect. It is then mixed with a special re-enforcing ingredient to hold the shoe in shape.

We get a first look at an upcoming collaboration between Silly Thing and Japanese designer Mihara Yasuhiro. Together they worked on a leopard print high top sneaker with side zipper. We will keep you posted on the release.

An interesting new shoe comes from the Mihara Yasuhiro Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. The Half Deck Shoes mix the look of the boat shoe and of a brogue. The outcome is actually pretty nice. The shoes are now available from Restir.

From the Puma Mihara Yasuhiro Collection comes the Metallic Pack. The pack consists of the MY-40 and the MY-41, both coming with metallic silver uppers and white leather accents. As usual the Japanese fashion designer introduces interesting drip effects on his sneakers. Via Kenlu.
