Mishka NYC got together with Japan’s Secret Base to collaborate on a t-shirt. The t-shirt is now available in the Mishka NYC online store.

“We took Secret Base’s Skull Bee logo and put a nice little twist on it adding some elements of our own favorite icons, the Bear Mop and the Simon head, thus creating a new monster of which has just risen from our often sinister laboratory… The Cyco Skull Bee!”

You can also purchase it at Rotofugi, Ultrapop, Super 7, Lulubelle and Toy Tokyo.

As part of their Fall 2008 collection, Mishka presents the Skyway Backpacks. Coming in a classic silhouette, Mishka added some strong color combinations to the otherwise pretty standard bags, infusing some flavor into this product category. Both bags feature 3 compartments, the main one constructed of rip-stop nylon and featuring and inner lap-top sleeve.
The Mishka Skyway Backpacks are now available from Mishka retailers.

For the 2008/09 season, Mishka partners up with K2 Snowboarding to create the latest edition in the ever- popular Jibpan board series.  With the anything goes graphics of Mishka and the K2 design team, the Jibpan truly looks and feels like the mesh styles of Harajuku.   
 
If you’re searching for all pop, no flop in terms of aesthetics and technology, look no further than the Jibpan. Some more news coming from Mishka today. Once again they got together with UK’s Evil Design. The outcome is a series of three t-shirts that are now available exclusively in the Mishka NYC Online Store.

Mix tapes have always been an integral part of NYC’s underground culture and burgeoning music scene, and as such, Mishka is proud to carry on the tradition with the launch of Keep Watch.  Featuring top DJs hailing from every genre and geographic corner, Mishka’s Keep Watch party-mixes celebrates one of the most widely practiced American art forms.  Released bi-monthly with an accompanying party to boot, the mixes will be available for free download through mishkanyc.com and iTunes.

Appropriately named A Summer In Abandon, Mishka’s newest seasonal collection consists of solid array of pieces perfect for the dog days of summer.   Hitting select retailers mid June, buyers can expect to find some new Mishka pieces certain to become instant classics beyond just the summer months.

For Spring 2008 Mishka NYC has an extensive collaboration with NYC artist JK5 waiting for you. The collaboration consists of New Era caps, t-shirts, jackets, shorts and more – definitely something you should be looking out for. Here we give you a first look at some of the pieces that will be dropping soon!

Here we give you a look at the first three of many custom NHL New Era caps that Mishka NYC designed for Cap City. In this first drop they worked on the Canucks, Devils and Dallas Stars logos. Each cap comes in a run of 30 pieces, that will be available at Cap City and very few also at the Mishka Pop-up store.

Mishka NYC got together with Monkey Bizz from Sweden to collaborate on a few pieces and also a party. The Heatseekers/Destroyers collaboration consists of two t-shirts and a crewneck sweater.
The goods will be released at the Heatseekers/Destroyers party on December 1rst in Stockholm. Check out the complete collaboration after the jump.

Here is another look at some upcoming Mishka NYC x New Era caps. This time we show you the “Snakebite” series. We are used of quite something from Mishka, but at least in terms of New Era caps this one is one of the harshest so far. Coming in several colorways, the cap feature a 3D embroidery of a skull snakehead on the front. Pics via Strictly Fitteds.
