Oscar-winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, who brought the story of Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg to the big screen in The Social Network and knew Apple founder Steve Jobs personally, says he’s seriously considering adapting Jobs biography. He’s currently reading Walter Isaacson’s Steve Jobs book, which Sony optioned last month for $1 million.
“Right now I’m just in the thinking-about-it stages,” said Sorkin. “It’s a really big movie and it’s going to be a great movie no matter who writes it. He was a great entrepreneur, he was a great artist, a great thinker. He’s probably inspired [my 11-year-old daughter] Roxy more than he’s inspired me … she plays with all his toys.”
The only previous film to tell Jobs’s story was 1999’s made-for-TV movie Pirates of Silicon Valley, which, for obvious reasons, stops short of Apple’s mainstream boom. (Guardian)

Some of you might have seen the recent big screen adaption of Marvel’s Captain America. While the story might not have been the strongest, the vehicle design of the movie was truly amazing. Here we take a closer look at the creations for the movie by Daniel Simon.
“Lead Vehicle Designer Daniel Simon stepped out of his comfort zone to create vehicles with a believable look of the 40ies. ‘Simplicity’ was the main input given to Simon on how to translate the scripted vehicles into unique movie vehicles. Between November 2009 and June 2010 Simon created seven machines hand in hand with Heinrichs and Johnston at Marvel Studios in Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles. Intense research of both historically correct engineering and the Marvel Comic universe was part of every days work. Director Johnston – a blessed designer of Star Wars fame – guided Simon through the endless possibilities and variations, to find vehicles that could have truly existed, fulfill their purpose in the film’s story and be feasible for manufacturing on set.”
The amount of work and detail that went into each one of the vehicles featured in the film is incredible. Take a detailed look after the jump.

Brooks Brothers, the iconic American brand, outfitted the famously green Hollywood legend, Kermit the Frog for his newest movie, Disney’s The Muppets which opens Thanksgiving weekend.
“Through the years Brooks Brothers has famously dressed high profile individuals including nearly every American president, captains of industry and countless actors and actresses for appearances both on and off screen,” said Claudio Del Vecchio, Brooks Brothers Chairman & CEO. “Kermit the Frog is an international legend admired by children and adults alike. Naturally we hopped at the chance to create his clothing.”
“I was very excited about my new wardrobe,” said Kermit. “I don’t often wear clothes but when I do I want something classic and expertly tailored,” he added.
“Brooks Brothers was the perfect match and fit for me,” said Kermit. “Growing up as a tadpole in a swamp with 3,265 brothers and sisters, you can imagine that I had a lot of hand-me-downs. I love the fact that these items were made exclusively for me”
Disney’s The Muppets, rated PG, opens in theatres November 23.
