The Red Hot Chilli Peppers presents a visual for ‘Monarchy Of Roses’ from their new album. They cooperate with American artist Raymond Pettibon for the video, who provides drawings and art direction for the Marc Klasfeld directed video. Check it out here below.

Last night at the WeSC Montreal opening party, we caught an impressive performance from 20-year-old Harlem lyricist Azealia Banks. While it’s impossible to bottle her live energy, this newly released video for “212″ (directed by Vincent Tsang) does well to capture her presence and vibe.

Also be sure to check her latest track “Runnin’” after the click, a collab with Montreal’s own WeActivist Lunice – who also happened to perform at the event.

Wavves’ “Post Acid” music video was directed by Patrick O’Dell, best known for his skate-focused documentary series Epicly Later’d. The video features professional skateboarder Kevin “Spanky” Long as an alien who befriends the band and embarks on a raucous, fun-filled day of skateboarding, hanging out, and playing a party gig. Our columnists +41 (//DIY) recently did a video for Vitalic’s “See The Sea (Red)” from the album “Flashmob”. The video clip shows “a man recreating the 19th century experience of Etienne-Jules Marey on fluid dynamics. Smoke lines represent the notion of stability, the triangle goes for the disturbance and incidentally for the V of Vitalic. The concept of a flashmob is illustrated here as a result of an intruder perturbating a stable environment.” All in all a very cool concept and execution, so make sure to check it out!
