A nice looking Trainer Boot has released from the N. Hoolywood Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. An interesting hiking hybrid trainer, it features a premium suede upper. The trainer is fully lined and thickly padded at the ankle and built on a rugged and hardwearing hiking sole. Oki-Ni has it in stock now.

The trainer boot is a great shoe for the winter months – both nice looking and practical.

A couple of days ago we attended the N.Hoolywood Spring/Summer 2012 Collection Presentation during New York Fashion Week. The Japanese brand presented a great line, featuring geometric patterns, color accents, prints, and checker patterns next to well cut overall outfits, resulting in a smart look with great eye for detail.

Following a quick preview the other day, we can share with you today a more detailed look at the N. Hoolywood x Silly Thing Capsule Collection, entitled “Homage To 221B”.

“N. Hoolywood’s Daisuke Obana and SILLY THING’s TK take Sherlock Holmes as their inspiration, to create a collection based on ‘turning 19th Century attire into modern daily wear’. Holmes calls for an English aesthetic, the items include functional jacket in Gun Club check, with poncho-like front. Made in chemical fibers instead of 100% wool, it is a revamp from design to material; a lightweight down waistcoat which makes a great layering item, with vintage-inspired detailing; a digital camera case for the modern day detective, paired with WWI opening detail; loose-fit Inner or below-the-knee socks to be worn with shorts; Holmes’ hat is transformed into a ‘3 Way Beanie’. The title of this collection, Homage to 221B, is made up of Holmes’ house number.”

The collection is now available at N. Hoolywood stores, Isetan’s Mens Store and will also arrive at the Think Silly Store in Hong Kong this weekend.

Japanese brand N. Hoolywood gets together with TK of Silly Thing Hong Kong on a small capsule collection, entitled “Homage To 221B”. Today we can preview some first items from the collection, including a hat, camera pouch, jacket and vest, as well as a shirt.

Japanese brand N. Hoolywood presented or the first time their collection in New York. For Spring/Summer 2011, Daisuke Obana was inspired by 1920s American jailbirds, using a lot of thin and thick stripes, gingham, denim, and cotton overcoats.

In the first part of the “Less is More? More is Less?” feature, honeyee showcases the upcoming collaboration between Dickies and N.Hoolywood. The capsule collection consists of jackets, shirts, t-shirts as well as some pants. This is certainly one of the most interesting collaborations we have seen from Dickies in a while. The collection will be released soon along with Undercover and sacai collaborations at Isetan department stores.

Until now we have seen Dickies collaborate with a plethora of Japanese streetwear brands. Most of the time the brand only added their logo tag to the classic Dickies styles. Now the brand has worked with some of Japan’s high fashion mens designers, including Undercover, N. Hoolywood and Deisuke Gemma of sacai. We love that these collaborations go much further, decontructing Dickies pieces and adding new materials, cuts and looks to these classics.

We get a small preview from the N.Hoolywood Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The Japanese brand presents two nice boots, both featuring an interesting built on the upper, as well as solid colorways.

For the second season Japanese brand N.Hoolywood has worked with Hamilton on a military watch. This season the watch comes in all matte black and looks beautiful. Even the branding on the dial is in black, keeping the watch very clean. Via houyhnhnm.

We take a first look at the N.Hoolywood Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The Japanese brand was heavily inspired by the military next season, using lots of military green, camouflage patterns and also having based most outerwear on classic military pieces. We really like the collection, especially the jackets and accessories.
