Spine TV presents the second video from their Tokyo City Series. This time they sat down with Neighborhood founder and creative director Shinsuke Takizawa. The designer gives a guided tour of his Tokyo store and talks about the Neighborhood philosophy, as well as his fascination with LA biker gangs. Enjoy!

Japan’s Neighborhood is pushing a great mid-height workboot for Autumn/Winter 2011. The rich burgundy leather mixes well with the brown/yellow boot laces and white Vibram wedge sole, while the elastic Chelsea boot esque panel and long heel tab combo offers a new easy-entry take on the style. There’s also a shiny black leather version for those looking for something more traditional.

From the new Neighborhood Magazine Volume 7, we present the brand’s latest lookbook, featuring their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. Key styles and details are highlighted in the lookbook, which showcases well the mood and general look of the collection.

Following up on previous efforts, Japanese label Neighborhood links with Hong Kong retailer izzue on an extensive capsule collection for 2011. The collection makes ample use of the NHIZ namesake over a full collection of apparel, accessories and headwear. We’re never mad at a bit of “Taxi Driver” inspiration.

Celebrating their 15th anniversary, Japanese magazine WARP teamed up with some brands on t-shirts. Together with Challenger, WTAPS and Neighborhood they present each one collaborative t-shirt, which have been released this week for pre-sale in their online store.

Next to the beautiful wooden Companion figure that Kaws and Original Fake present for the 5th anniversary of the brand, we take a look at the second round of collaborative t-shirts by Neighborhood and OF. Here they present two new graphics, each coming in black and white, releasing along with the Companion on May 28th.

Japanese magazine Men’s Non-No is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a massive line-up of brand collaborations. They worked on t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, shirts and more with a strong line-up of brands. Included in the collaborations are Neighborhood, fragment design, Hysteric Glamour, Lad Musician, Sophnet and uniform experiment, John Laurence Sullivan, soe, factotum, 3.1 Philip Lim, Mountain Research, Fred Perry, nonnative, hobo, Markaware, Undercoverism and more.

A special section in their online store has been launched for the release of these 25th anniversary items.

NEIGHBORHOOD has partnered with Zozotown to celebrate the release of Volume 7 of NEIGHBORHOOD Magazine. Composed primarily of t-shirts, in black and white, the line represent for the full NBHD family, including LUKER, NHIZ, Kishidan, One Third, Challenger and even CASH CA. The final piece of the line is a poly-carbon iPhone 4 case. Look for these items to release exclusively through Zozo.

We already presented to you the Bape x Original Fake 5th Anniversary T-Shirts the other day. Today we take a look at the various other t-shirt collaborations for the occasion of the 5th birthday of Kaws’ brand.

They also worked with Japanese brands Hysteric Glamour and Neighborhood on two t-shirt designs each, both coming in a series of colorways. Furthermore Todd James created a design in two colorways. Somebody who has never worked with Original Fake and Kaws before on a collaboration is Erik Parker, the NYC artist who just recently held his colette solo exhibition.

The Original Fake t-shirt collaborations with Neighborhood, Hysteric Glamour, Todd James and Erik Parker are all releasing on May 3rd.

Neighborhood presents their latest delivery of goods from their Spring/Summer 2011 “Flash Back” Collection. With May the Japanese brand starts their summer delivery. As such you will mostly find t-shirts, short sleeve shirts and shorts in the drop. In terms of accessories the release includes some tote bags and a pair of glasses, from their capsule collection in collaboration with CASH CA.
