Nepenthes from Japan worked on some interesting shoes with Tricker’s. They took the classic Gibson wingtip brogue of the heritage brand and gave it asymmetrical uppers. A smart detail that you only see when you take a closer look at first. The shoes come in overall 4 suede colorways, featuring a rugged black outer sole.

Number (N)ine recently got together with Nepenthes, a Japanese company, which is behind brands such as Engineered Garments and Needles. Takahiro Miyashita, the designer of Number (N)ine, used to be part of the Nepenthes team, thus a collaborative project was only natural.

The Number (N)ine For Nepenthes collection has a strong purple theme and consists of hiking boots, knitwear, jackets, as well as some pants. Via Hypebeast/Footurama.
