Converse announced today that it had brought together the talents of Pharrell Williams, N.E.R.D., Santogold and Julian Casablancas as part of the brand’s Century celebration. The artists recently joined forces to create a brand new, all original music track, “My Drive Thru,” that will be distributed digitally free of charge to a global audience exclusively on converse.com and authorized Converse web sites around the world. The track will be released on Tuesday, June 10.
In addition to collaborating on the track, the artists also participated in the creation of a music video that will be released during the summer. The song will be promoted, in part through Converse print, outdoor and online advertising tagged Three Artists, One Song. The advertising features the three artists as well as a range of emerging musical talent from across the globe, including MGMT, Bradford Cox of Deerhunter and Atlas Sound, YACHT, Kid Sister, Eleanor Friedberger of the Fiery Furnaces, Frank Carter of Gallows; Does It Offend You, Yeah?, and Sophie of Care Bears on Fire.

A healthy line of people were outside of Livestock’s Vancouver outpost on Monday in preparation for an in store appearance by N.E.R.D. Pharrel, Chad and Shay are preparing for the nearing release of "Seeing Sounds," and with the support of BBC have hit a few spots to meet the fans. After the jump you can see a few more images of the event. 

To celebrate the release of the new N.E.R.D. album "Seeing Sounds", Billionaire Boys Club will be releasing a limited edition t-shirt this coming Saturday, June 7th. Thet-shirt features a photo print on the front, the BBC logo on the sleeve and the N.E.R.D. logo on the back.

There is absolutely no questioning Pharrell William’s role in pushing (for better or worse) the world of "streetwear" to the masses. As one half of the Neptunes, with Chad Hugo, William’s has been responsible for a slew of pop and hip-hop hits. (Like the awesome Superthug!). When the boys get with Shay, they are N.E.R.D., an outfit that allows them to explore and experiment with their diverse musical interests. June 10 sees the release of "Seeing Sounds." N.E.R.D. will be coming to the Billionaire Boys Club/Ice Cream flagship store in New York City on Tuesday May 13th from 4PM to 6PM signing their exclusive Billionaire Boys Club x N*E*R*D T-Shirt. We expect the t-shirt to feature the graphic that you see on the flyer on your left. The T-Shirts will be sold at the NYC Flagship Store (456 West Broadway) on Sunday May 11th starting at Noon.

The Bape LA store opens this week and last night they celebrated the occasion of the opening. Lots of celebrities showed up, including N.E.R.D., Nigo, Takashi Murakami, Mike Tyson, Dr. Romanelli and many more.

Bape is producing together with Silly Thing and I.T. the Worldwide Bape Heads Show in Hong Kong, which will see the Teriyaki Boyz, Kanye West, Nigo and N.E.R.D. perform on April 10th. Silly Thing produced the tv commercial for the event.
