Chicago boutique Jugrnaut is approaching its 1st Anniversary. Aside from bringing streetwear fashions to the South Loop, the store is also bringing its first batch of store 59fifities. Four color choices, with bold logo on front. Store name brashly embroidered on the back.

New Eras… how many have we seen in the last couple of years? The 5950 has been incorporated into almost every streetwear collection in recent years. We saw the rise of the cap in fashion and in the beginning colors were getting crazier every season and applications as well. Almost to the point were it got ridiculous and we got sick of seeing them.
Now it almost seems like we are in the next generation of New Era caps. New (nice) materials and patterns are being used on the caps and it is not anymore about the biggest embroidery or the craziest colors. Brands such as Supreme, Huf, and Amongst Friends with this latest series show us how its done right and are being innovative again on the 5950, while not going over the top.
Anyways, these Amongst Friends Summer 2008 caps are now available at Standard.

Freshjive has introduced their Fairfax collection, an homage to the street in Los Angeles, first last year. Now they have released the Fairfax Spring/Summer ‘08 collection New Era caps. They present a large line-up of canvas, perforated suede and all-over print caps in this drop. Now available at Reserve.

The Undefeated US Chapter Stores will be releasing the Drop 2.0 of the Spring 2008 collection this coming Saturday, April 12th. Some pieces of the drop we have already shown you, as they are out already in Japan or Europe, so we concentrate on the product that you have not seen so far.

At the UNITED Tradeshow this week in Las Vegas, Frank 151 showed a preview of some of their Spring 08 New Era deliveries.

Here the first drop of New Era caps by Undefeated as part of their Spring/Summer 2008 collection. This time it was less about the design, but more about materials and changes on the classic 5950 cap itself. Undefeated present two caps with leather back panels and two caps with mesh back panels and snap backs. Definitely an interesting release, now available at Livestock.

UNDR-CRWN has released their latest fitted caps – the Ball Hog New Eras. They come in two colorways, as usual with a clear basketball inspiration and message. These are now available at Major DC.
