For Spring 2012, Nixon presents the new ‘The Steelcat’ watch. Inspired by popular high end watches from Hublot and Audemars Piquet, the brand has produced a nice looking steel case watch for the coming season. It comes with a custom 300 meter stainless steel case with domed sapphire crystal and with rubber bezel and screw down crown. Also it features a 5 hand Swiss quartz chronograph movement with minutes center hand timer.

The watch will release soon in three colorways, with the black and rose gold versions, seen here above, being our favorite.

Nixon fuses two of their most popular concepts into one watch this Holiday season. The 51-30 divers watch returns covered entirely in rubber.

“Featuring a custom 3-hand Swiss quartz movement with tide sub dial, a 300-meter, 51-mm custom stainless steel interior case with hardened mineral crystal and anti-glare, finished with a custom injected silicone case and band with reinforced stainless steel lugs. The band boasts a one piece injected silicone case and band with reinforced stainless steel lugs and a stainless steel buckle with patented locking looper.”

The watch comes in a series of colors, with the more monotone versions being our favorites. It is priced at 390 Euros.

We take a look at some of the new pieces from the Nixon Holiday 2011 Collection. Next to their ‘Stealth’ offering, a nice new tortoise capsule collection and turquoise offering is also part of the new collection. Matching their watches, the brand presents wallets, bags, headphones and other lifestyle accessories.

The Nixon 51-30 diver’s watch has always been a favorite of ours in the line-up. New for Fall 2011, the brand has released the watch now in a new rubber version. Coming in overall 4 colorways, the entire watch, including case and strap, have been covered in rubber. The idea has proven to be successful for Nixon in the past, with the Rubber Player.

The Nixon Rubber 51-30 will soon be available from stores.

Horween is well known for their leathers, Nixon their watches. So when the two form like Voltron it’s no surprise that the outcome is blogworthy. Several of Nixon’s more classic watch faces are outfitted with premium Horween leather straps, while wallets, belts and iPad cases made of the hard-wearing American leather serve as supplementary items. Nixon introduces “The Milk Collection,” an attractive new addition to their Chromacoat line of watches.

Nixon offers up two new watches, inspired by military time pieces from days gone by. The watches feature sewn canvas/Horween leather bands in either surplus green or black, and a 3-hand Japanese quartz movement with date function.

As part of their latest offering, Nixon presents the new ‘The Axe’ watch model. In this release the brand takes a heritage approach, something that is not too often found in their collection.

“This vintage, motorcycle inspired watch is all durability and versatility and features two, hand-worked Horween leather band options. As the oldest continuously running leather tannery in the U.S., Horween has deep and strong roots in all the right places. Wear The Axe as either a wide cuff option or simply remove the cuff to reveal a slim, classic leather band style. Additionally, The Axe features a 3-hand Japanese quarts movement with date function, a 100-meter stainless steel case with hardened mineral crystal.”

After having presented already the Black/Gold Collection from the Nixon Summer 2011 catalogue, we present today the White/Gold Collection. Included in the line are the 51-30 Chrono, the Player, the 42-20 Chrono, the Small Player, as well as the Kensington and the the Scarlett models from the brand. The watch are all white, with accents set in metallic gold.

Today we take a look at the upcoming Nixon ‘All Raw Metal’ Watch Collection. The line-up includes overall 4 watches, all coming in metal, looking like it has not been properly polished. We like the less shiny look on these and the Nixon diver watch has anyways always been a favorite.
