After some initial construction images of the new Nowhere Hong Kong store, the opening date and brand line-up has been announced. The store will carry Undercover, 40% Against Rights, Affa and of course Last Orgy 2, the brand by Nigo from A Bathing Ape and Jun Takahashi from Undercover. The store will open its doors on September 26th.

Not long ago we saw the re-introduction of the Nowhere brand, a collaboration between A Bathing Ape’s Nigo and Undercover’s Jun Takahashi. Today we get first word that after Dover Street Market got the first product from the brand, they will actually be opening a Hong Kong flagship store. More on this matter soon!

The original Nowhere store was operated in the 90’s by Nigo (A Bathing Ape) and Jun Takashi (Undercover) in Harajuku, Tokyo. Earlier this year, that store front was recreated at Dover Street Market in London, where we have already seen the resurgence of their original Last Orgy 2 brand.

Now we have a look at a collaborative A Bathing and Undercover “Nowhere” sneaker. Set against the iconic Bape green camo, the shoe’s Jack Purcell-like silhouette features an inset “Nowhere” toe cap and a co-branded footbed. These will be available soon at Nowhere’s shop-in-shop at Dover Street Market London.

Dazed Digital catches up with Nigo and Jun Takashi. They talk about their Nowhere store, the recent opening of the Nowhere pop-up store inside Dover Street Market and what the store has done for the two Japanese designers. Most interesting, the article notes that Last Orgy 2, the brand first introduced in the beginning of the 90’s at Nowhere in Tokyo, will actually come back with more than just the t-shirts and hoodies that have come out so far.

A while ago we reported about the NOWHERE pop-up store, the store that was originally opened by Nigo and Jun Takahashi in the early 90s, inside Dover Street Market. Tomorrow Dover Street Market will be releasing new colorways of the classic Last Orgy Two t-shirts.

We get a first look at the Nowhere shop-in-shop at Dover Street Market. The London store, operated by Comme des Garcons, recreated the original store front of the Nowhere store, that was opened in the beginning of the 90’s by Nigo (Bape) and Jun Takashi (Undercover) in Harajuku, Tokyo. Only a couple of weeks ago we showed you the image above, of a Last Orgy 2 t-shirt, the brand initially created by Nigo and Jun Takashi in the beginning of the 90’s, when they still used to run the NOWHERE store. It was their first project, before starting Bape and Undercover. Both of these brands were started out of NOWHERE. We were guessing that some of the product would be re-released soon. We were not completely wrong, but there is much more to it.

NOWHERE will open again for a limited period of time in the basement of Dover Street Market London from 17th January 2009 selling A Bathing Ape products and exclusive products made by Nigo and Jun together under the NOWHERE name.
