In the previous post we presented the England Team Kit designed by James Jarvis. The Brazil Kit comes as a collaboration by Nike Sportswear with local artist Nunca.

Inspired by Incan symbolism and a primitive style of graffiti called “Pixação,” Sao Paolo street artist Nunca crafted a unique Brazilian kit that connects the people of the favelas to the sport they hold dear. Five stars within the otherworldly, eye-like crest symbolize Brazil’s five championship wins, and Nunca’s hieroglyphic handwriting and pattern (lining the hoodie) connects the kit to the ancients in a modern way.

The Brazil Team Kit includes polo shirts, the AW77 hoodie, the Nike Air LunarLite Rejuven8 Mid, a Dunk Hi AC and more.

Upper Playground just released their January New Era’s from the Winter line. Upper Playground turned to longtime collaborators the Date Farmers, Jeremy Fish, and Nunca for their first New Era release of 2008. The Date Farmers features a nice skull graphic, the Jeremy Fish an iconic bunny with wings, and Nunca designed an all-over New Era with Upper Playground scrawled everywhere around the hat.
