Ubiq will be hosting an Obey Pop-Up Store in Philadelphia. To celebrate the occasion,  there will be an opening reception Saturday, December 6th with OBEY DJ’s Pubes and Roam spinning in-store.  There will be a limited edition UBIQ x OBEY t-shirt- Let Freedom Ring. The t-shirt comes in a limited edition of 125 pieces.

The pop-up shop will be open until just after New Years.

Obey got together with Californian artist Mike Kershnar, who is a lifelong skateboarder, UC Santa Cruz grad, and rock poster designer for bands including the Beastie Boys, Morrissey, The Marley Brothers, and Phil Lesh of the Greatful Dead. He has also created board graphics and for skate brands such as Toy Machine, Element and Baker.

They collaborated on three t-shirts, designed by the artist. The t-shirts are shipping to stores now and should be releasing in the next two weeks.

For the launch of their Fall/Winter 2008 collection, Japanese brand Kiks TYO got together with Obey on a series of collaborative t-shirts. Featuring Shepard Fairey’s iconic and stylized Andre the Giant artwork meshed with KIKS TYO’s sneaker based imagery, the OBEY KIKS propaganda tees are available for pre-order now in a range of three designs.

Honoring Shepard Fairey’s favorite rap group, the Obey x Public Enemy Collection includes graphic tees with classic PE imagery and a striking M-65. The highlight of the set is a collaboration between Obey and photographer Glen E. Friedman. The resulting picture also forms the base for a limited edition signed print. Look for the Obey x Public Enemy garments at Ubiq, and other select retailers.

This June Obey will release a special Public Enemy pack paying homage to the legendary rap group.  The pack will include two t-shirts, a jacket, hoodie, 3 different hats, and special OBEY POSSE/ PUBLIC ENEMY lace locks. 
After Supreme collaborated with the rap group a couple of years ago, this is the second push, this time with Obey. The line-up is classic and features all the strong trademark graphics that one would want to see. Via The Feed.

It looks like after releasing not too long ago their first fixed gear bike in collaboration with Fuji, they now got together with one of Hong Kongs streetwear brands, Fingercroxx, to work on their second bike again produced by Fuji. No word on the release yet, but we’ll keep you posted. Via Easttouch.
