We take one final look at the Karimoku produced Original Fake KAWS Companion Figure, prior to its release at the Original Fake store in Tokyo this Saturday, May 28, 2011. As mentioned before, the figure is limited to 100 pieces and will go for over $3000 USD.

Today we can take a closer look at the forthcoming Karimoku Wood version of the KAW/Original Fake Companion Figure. The figure measures 30 centimeters in size, is limited to 100 signed and numbered pieces and will NOT be sold at Kawsone.com. Look for a release on May 28, 2011 at select Original Fake retailers.

Next to the beautiful wooden Companion figure that Kaws and Original Fake present for the 5th anniversary of the brand, we take a look at the second round of collaborative t-shirts by Neighborhood and OF. Here they present two new graphics, each coming in black and white, releasing along with the Companion on May 28th.

Today we get a first look at one of the most exciting toy figures to come from Kaws and Original Fake in a while. The iconic Kaws Companion characters returns this Summer in a Karimoku Wood version. Priced at a round 3′000 USD and about 30 centimeters in size, the toy comes limited to only 100 pieces and will release signed and numbered by Kaws, starting May 28th, 2011.

The latest graphical t-shirt has released from Original Fake and it follows a popular pattern by the brand. A Kaws design combined with a female character has always been a winner until now. The new ‘Relax Phase’ t-shirt is now available in the official Original Fake online store in a series of colorways.

Taiwan retailer Invincible has worked with OriginalFake once again for another store exclusive release. This time around Kaws crafted a neon green, 3M and heather grey t-shirt to commemorate the opening of their all new Invincible South location. The tee will be available May 14, 2011 at the opening event.

For their 5th anniversary, Original Fake presents the Companion Bearbrick toy by Medicom in a 70% keychain version. The toy comes in two colorways. But it will actually not go on sale. The Original Fake Tokyo flagship store offers the toy for free, for all purchases higher than 10′000 JPY, starting May 3rd.

We already presented to you the Bape x Original Fake 5th Anniversary T-Shirts the other day. Today we take a look at the various other t-shirt collaborations for the occasion of the 5th birthday of Kaws’ brand.

They also worked with Japanese brands Hysteric Glamour and Neighborhood on two t-shirt designs each, both coming in a series of colorways. Furthermore Todd James created a design in two colorways. Somebody who has never worked with Original Fake and Kaws before on a collaboration is Erik Parker, the NYC artist who just recently held his colette solo exhibition.

The Original Fake t-shirt collaborations with Neighborhood, Hysteric Glamour, Todd James and Erik Parker are all releasing on May 3rd.

After a first preview a couple of days ago, we can show you some more images of the upcoming Kaws Blitz key holder, releasing by Original Fake later this week. The toy key holder comes in three colorways and drops at Invincible, among other OF retailers.

Next up in the series of popular character toy key holders from Original Fake is the “Kaws Blitz”. The character released a couple of years ago in the form of a vinyl toy and now returns in smaller format in three colorways as a key holder. A release is set for April 29th.
