Some of our favorite shoes out of the Vans Vault Fall 2008 collection were released today – the Cup LX Series. Part of the series of the Chukka Boot Cup LX and the Authentic Cup LX. Both come in light and dark brown. Not only did Vans give thepack high quality nubuck leathers for the uppers, they also added tartan check patterns on the lining and most importantly gave the series cup soles to increasecomfort and style.
The outcome is a rock solid pack by Vans, that can almost compete with the likes of Common Projects.
The Vans Vault Fall 2008 Cup LX Series is now available at Caliroots.

Gravis has teamed up with their longtime partner HVW8 to create a high and low version of their popular Lowdown model. The HVW8 pack features camo print made up of maimed soldiers and weapons of war, created in response to America’s involvement in recent wars. The phrase "Politically Minded" is embroidered on the camo canvas uppers, in a pattern specifically created for this project.
Size? UK will be getting in the pack very soon.

Today we present you an interesting collaboration effort between hardcore band Internal Affairs, the infamous artist James Marshall, aka Dalek and Triumvir. The Internal Affairs’ album drop will be released on 12” LP’s that will come in four different colors – black for general release, clear for Triumvir, blue for Internal Affairs and green for Dalek. For this release, the pack will consist of the 12” LPs as mentioned before and a limited edition Dalek Tee. All the album and T-shirt artwork were created anddesigned by James Marshall. All products released are produced by Triumvir.
The Internal Affairs x Dalek x Triumvir pack will be released today at Versus
Fresh, Standard, Shoe Gallery, Suru, Avenue, Capsule, Just Be Complex, Tradition, Deathwish and Rev Records. The t-shirts are limited to 100 and 150 pieces worldwide.

We give you a first look at the "Men’s Suit" pack from New Balance, as part of their premium Super Team 33 collection.
“This collection honors ‘suit style,’ said Hide Yamada, Men’s Suit collection designer for New Balance Japan. “Each component of the shoe is representative of various aspects of a classic men’s dress suit, including the rich materials and fabrics that represent both the actual suit and the accessories typically worn to create a sophisticated sense of style.”
The pack consists of three, which will be released mid September at Solebox and other Super Team 33 retailers.

For the 13th time realmadHectic and Mita get together to collaborate on the New Balance MT580’s. This time they worked on two colorways of the sneaker – it comes in green/turquoise and brown/yellow, both featuring purple lining, crackle mid soles and many more details. Last week we showed you some first images of the sneaker, here now via Hectic some more detailed images.
The Hectic x Mita Sneakers New Balance MT580 pack will be released on August 30th.

Just when you think that the whole Rasta thing is a little played out, you stumble across yet another pack based on it and it just proofs again, that the rasta movement is timeless and will probably never leave. When it comes to music, we also don’t mind, but by now we have certainly seen enough sneakers in the rasta colors.
Vans presents their Rasta Pack, consisting of a Sk8 Hi and an Era. For the summer, we can even see the Era being a nice one to rock. The pack is now available at ABC-Mart.

We take a look at an upcoming New Balance MT580 "CMYK Gore-Tex" pack. The pack consists of three sneakers, each coming in a CMYK color on the upper with matching laces and clean white mid sole and a hint of 3M. On top of that the shoes come in Gore-Tex, making them useful for the rainy Fall months. Pic via Random Ramblings.

First previewed during the Olympic presentations in Beijing about two months ago, we can now give you a detailed look at the Nike "Octodunk" pack. The pack consists of five Nike Dunk High Supreme’s, which all come with a seamless upper and an all-over Polka Dot design.
In the pack they present the following colorways: yellow/green, black/red, blue/black, black/yellow and red/blue. The mid sole and outer sole come in the same color combinations.
The pack will be released on the 8th of August 2008.

One of our favorite packs out of the Vans Vault Fall 2008 collection has been released today – the Lead Plaid Pack. The pack consists of the Zappato Del Barco, Authentic, Slip-On and Sk8 Hi, all featuring a plaid pattern all over the upper, hits of beige suede and a nice finish on the lining. Further accents on laces and logos come in red.
There is simply nothing to complain about the pack – it’s perfect for the late summer days.

First presented to you by us a couple of weeks ago, we came across some better images of the upcoming Stussy x Hectic New Balance CM670 "Chestnut" pack. Perfect for the fall season they propose two sneakers in the pack – a chestnut/green and a chestnut/orange colorway. A nice mix of classic looks and a strong and popping color.
The Stussy x Hectic New Balance CM670 pack will be released on 2nd of August.
