Patta’s latest collaborative project is a team-up with Canada’s Reigning Champ, the in-house brand of the CYC Design factory known for great design, fit and quality sweaters, hoodies, fleeces and shirts. Patta and Reigning Champ have created a set of heavyweight Canadian fleece garments, which consists of a custom zip hood jacket and fleece
sweatpants.

The jacket features subtle details such as thermal lining, button overlay and detachable split zip hood, while the sweatpants feature adjustable draw cord waist and bottom cuffs and side pockets/back welt pocket with zip closure. Both garments feature military-inspired cross-brand labeling. 2 colorways in all: dark navy and heather grey.

The sets are limited to 75 pieces per color worldwide and scheduled to release at Patta on Saturday September 4th with a retailprice of 250,00 euro per set.

Other selected retailers including 24Kilates, Colette, Foot Patrol, Hanon, Norse and Soto will have the set available as well on Saturday September 11th.

Once again the Patta crew from Amsterdam gets together with Stussy. This time they were inspired by Hip Hop, more specifically by the lyrics of KRS-One. “The Crack Cost Money” comes in fresh white with a purple print, while “The “P” Is Still Free” comes in the traditional Patta green on black. Both t-shirts will be released on August 7th.

Patta commissioned Amsterdam based graphic design agency Machine to re-interprete their classic logo. The outcome are two Patta logo t-shirts, one coming in white, the other one in black, both featuring a very different graphic. The t-shirts are now available at Patta.

Italian sportswear brand Australian has collaboration with band Aux Raux and with Patta on a tracksuit. As friends and fans of Aux Raus and the 90’s Australian tracksuits,
Patta acted as the curator of this project. The Italian-made tracksuit consists of a pair of trackpants and a reversible jacket, both produced from high quality polyester/cotton. The suit features an allover print of Aux Raus’ “The Brick Is In The Air” (TopNotch, 2009) album artwork by Australia-based artist Dylan Martorelli and Marco Sterk.

The Australian x Aux Raus x Patta Tracksuit is limited to 75 sets and will be launched at Patta on May 7th 2010 with an official release event on the same evening in DEP venue. Retailprice is €350,00 (roughly USD 470,00).

The highly anticipated launch of the latest Nike x Parra Air Max 1 took place over the weekend at Patta, Amsterdam. Over 250 people showed up and stood in line to get their hands on the sneaker, which might turn out to be the most hyped shoe of the year.

The instant classic album of Parra’s band Lele will get a re-release on mighty german imprint Gomma Records. The album material will be accompanied by a fine selection of remixes like for example Mercury’s seminal “Discomonster Remix“. The album release date is set for April 30th.

While in Vegas we caught the Patta boys cruising the shows in a pair of their forthcoming Air Max 1 collab. Featuring artwork by Parra, the sneakers are constructed from burgundy suede and mesh with aqua and yellow accents. Straight bangers. Definitely coming out, in case these were any doubts.

Patta finishes (caps off was too blatant) their extensive 5th anniversary celebration on a high note, meeting like minded San Francisco retailer/brand HUF for an exclusive capsule collection. The collection consists of snapbacks and t-shirts, each in two colorways, alongside a longsleeve tee in heather grey. Available December 31th only at Patta and HUF flagship stores.

Patta teams with Nike Sportswear present a re-imagined version of the timeless coach jacket. The Patta x NSW Coach Jacket is constructed from 100% water repellent cotton and minimally styled in all black. Details include zip-up outer chest pocket, removable hood, full snap front and front pockets and subtle sleeve branding. The jacket will be available December 18th at Patta’s newly opened Precinct 5 boutique alongside the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium TZ.

You are looking at the fourth collaborative Air Max 1 between Patta and Nike this year, and one of the final celebratory Patta products to be released. The chosen materials on this installment are a heavy-duty plain-woven canvas overlay and a high quality ballistic nylon underlay both in black. Subtle accents appear in signature Patta green. Other details include coated metal eyelets, natural gumsole and Patta tongue branding.

The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium TZ will be launched exclusively on December 18 12:00 PM at Patta’s new Precinct 5 store.
