Philadelphia retailer/label Fresh Melt Water aligns with New York’s Mighty Healthy on a Philly exclusive t-shirt to commemorate the opening of MH’s Philly Pop-Up Store. The store, which follows up on the success of the NY Pop-Up at Reed Annex, opens today (March 19, 2010) at Fresh Melt Water.

A Philadelphia native, Robert Crumb arrived in San Francisco during the year 1967. There he became the leader of the growing "comix" movement and set new standards for adult satire. in the world of streetwear, R. Crumb’s work has stretched beyond the comic strip to land on a collection from Supreme. A new exhibition at the ICA Philadelphia explores the full career of R. Crumb in a variety of artistic ventures and settings.

Opening September 5, and running until December 7, R. Crumb’s Underground surveys his entire career. Themes of sex, social satire, jazz and the blues help to frame the artists work. It is the largest R. Crumb exhibition to date in the United States.

Several new Stussy Chapter T-Shirts have been released on Stussy Direct. They got in the "Brotherly Love" t-shirt from Stussy Philadelphia. They also received two Stussy Honolulu Chapter t-shirts, that were designed by Sk8thing.

We continue showing you some exciting new retail spaces. Ubiq in Philadelphia recently opened a Stussy Chapter Store on their 2nd floor, as we reported a couple of weeks ago.
Today we can give you a detailed look at the new space, which has been tastefully furnished. They used a lot of neon lights on the floor and freely moving furniture giving the shop a very light look overall.

Today, April 19th marks the opening of the brand new Stussy store in Philadelphia. Taking over the 2nd floor inside the famous UBIQ store @ 1509 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, 215-563-2191. There will also be an ultra limited edition Stussy/UBIQ tee for the opening. The doors open at 11am.

After recent openings of Stussy Washington D.C., Hawaii and Toronto, the next opening is just around the corner. Stussy Philadelphia will occupy the 2nd floor of the current Ubiq location on Walnut St. starting April 19th.
