Pierre Hardy releases his 9th limited edition sneaker this season and this time takes a bit of a different route. Entitled ‘POWORAMA’, the sneaker features a Lichtenstein inspired colorful upper and a large ‘POW’ on the ankle strap. Large perforations on the side-panels and toe box are interesting features of the sneaker, yet maybe not too practical for a shoe releasing December 2011. Just our 2 cents on the subject. As usual the sneaker is limited to 500 pairs and will drop December ‘11 at select boutiques around the globe.

The Series 10 shoes is the 10th collaboration between French footwear master Pierre Hardy and Parisian fashion/music house Kitsuné.

In keeping with previous collaborations the shoe is a slimmer interpretation of classic Desert Boot design, finished in premium suede with metallic detailing.

Pierre Hardy presents his eighth limited release Colorama sneaker for Summer 2011. The “Discorama” sneaker references the dark and hybrid days of disco with a patchwork of 3D gold and silver metallic columns rising up over a black patent leather base with black suede accents and Velcro ankle straps. Flashy, like disco. 500 pairs will be available June 2011 at select Pierre Hardy doors.

From his Spring/Summer 2011 Collection, French shoe designer Pierre Hardy presents the Deck Shoe. The mid top sneaker of course takes its inspiration from the classic boat shoe, which can be seen on the upper construction, lacing and the white outer sole. Restir has the sneaker in stock now in navy suede.

Pierre Hardy presents a limited release cotton high top sneaker from the SS11 line, with combined side-zip, lace and Velcro closure. For us, the simple grey fleece make up is a refreshing change from some of Hardy’s overly colorful releases. Available for purchase through colette.

From the ongoing collaboration between Kitsune and Pierre Hardy the Fall/Winter 2010 desert boots have released. This season they present the mid boot in a light grey colorway with metallic gold laces and eyelets. The boots are now available from Restir.

From the new Pierre Hardy Fall/Winter 2010 Collection, the “Black Cube” high top trainer has released. The sneaker comes in a black/midnight blue/grey colorway with gold accents, white outersole and ankle strap. The sneaker is now available from Restir.

Pierre Hardy will be releasing a second colorway of his limited edition Colorama Graff high top sneaker. This time the sneaker features a nubuck and calf leather upper, gold piping. This second limited edition will be limited to only 100 pairs and will release on September 15th at the two flagship stores of the French brand.
