Fred Perry and UK pop artist Sir Peter Blake have teamed up to create three shirt styles that have been made and printed in England in a numbered run of 1000. The styles feature rainbow and union jack patches alongside screen printed icons such as stars, hearts and targets. Peter Blake’s signature sign-off sits on each hem and back neck label.

The tricolor color scheme is certainly is high demand these days and sometimes a little over-used in the market, but if there is one brand that can use it as much as it wants, then it should be Lacoste. Their iconic polo shirt arrives in the ‘tricolor’ look, featuring the colors on panels on the upper, as well as on details on the sleeve and the collar, even including the iconic crocodile logo patch.

Matching their upcoming footwear collaboration on the Thurman Mid, Japanese retailer atmos and Lacoste have also produced two polo shirts. Next to featuring an oversized Lacoste crocodile logo with red accent, the tricolor branding that is also found on the sneakers, is placed on the button line of the polos. Both the sneakers and the polos are releasing June 2011 at atmos.

As part of their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection, Sophnet has released the Scorpion Polo Shirt. The slim fit silk/cotton polo comes in a camouflage colorway and a more subtle navy version. The polos will be in stores this weekend.

To celebrate their 6th anniversary and relocation into a gr0und floor store front in Hong Kong, CLOT has joined forces with Nike Sportswear. Together they will be releasing a new version of the GS Polo shirt, which comes with added Chinese design elements, infused by CLOT. Lacoste produced a limited edition series of polo shirts and knitwear for Barneys New York. The classic pique polo comes in a series of bold summer colorways with white stripe accents on the sleeves and the collars. The collaborative product is now available at Barneys.

This month Lacoste will be releasing a new limited edition polo shirt. The all black cotton polo will come for men and women, featuring a silver crocodile logo, as well as silver stripes on the collar. The official release date is November 20th.

Fred Perry has released two new limited edition polo shirts in Japan. The polos feature a digital print madras pattern all-over. They come with white collar and cuffs or black collar and cuffs and are now available at Fred Perry Japan stores.
