Connecting with British Sportswear company Fred Perry, Raf Simons pulled from a 1960s skiwear collection for inspiration. Two pieces from the collaboration are available now at End. Both the polo and the cardigan feature an exclusive 3-d laurel logo, a hold over from the 1960s.

Another Eastpak showcase from BBB Barcelona. Raf Simons for Eastpak Spring 2009 is being previewed. The line, which takes a touch of a departure from the last with their take on a mesh material against backpacks and duffles. No doubt this relationship will continue to output successful collections.

Robert Cordero at JC Report checks in with word on the Raf Simons for Fred Perry collaboration. "Inspired by Fred Perry’s 1960s skiwear, the all-black, slim-fitting line includes a chic short-sleeve mohair turtleneck sweater, a patterned, knit polo shirt, a full button-down long-sleeve pique polo and sleek trousers." Following the massive success of their first bag line collaboration with Belgian designer Raf Simons for S/S 08 (in select stores worldwide if not sold out), Eastpak now previews their fall/winter 2008 Raf Simons for Eastpak line. The fall/winter offering " fuse[s] the feeling and personality elements of both brands into an accessible and edgy range, ready for the street. The Raf Simons for Eastpak lines keeps with a colorway boundary of grey and navy while using wools, check prints, and patch detailings to give them their own select looks. A variety of bags are available including a Kitbag, Padded, Flap shoulderbag, and duffel. Except the line to drop in select outlets worldwide sometime in September.

We have already presented you the initial Eastpak x Raf Simons Spring/Summer ‘08 collection. It was the first collaborative collection between the two and it was experimental and certainly different from anything that we have seen so far from Eastpak, which made it so interesting. Large sizes, lots of colors, unfamiliar shapes were the characteristics of the collection.
Here we give you now a preview of the upcoming Fall/Winter ‘08 collection of the collaboration. It looks like they calmed down a bit and present a much simpler range. We are not sure if we should be sad or happy. The line consists of different kinds of bags coming in a warm wool material for the colder months and cotton patches with prints have been applied to them.
These products will not come out for another couple of months, just a heads up for what there is to come!

The first set of Eastpack x Raf Simons bags has sold out in no time when they were released. Soon a new set of bags will be dropping, equally interesting as the first round. Oki-Ni will soon be having the above 3 backpacks in stock. Keep your eyes open for the drop!

The latest Raf Simons kicks have landed at Oki-Ni. They got in the Pocket Trainer and the Vandal Boot, both in yellow. For some reason when the entire shoe is yellow, the color seems less extreme.
They offer free shipping over Easter, maybe something you might want to consider.

The Raf Simons x Eastpack collaboration collection, that we presented to you already a couple of months ago has now been released at Oki-Ni. They got in several different backpack styles as well as a duffle style backpack. Innovative cuts, as well as colors, make this collaboration stand out. With the constant feed of Head Porter luggage, the collaboration is a nice alternative.

It was about time that Eastpack did something a bit more special. Known for their quality, but simple backpacks the brand has been a classic for many years. One could never go wrong with an Eastpack backpack, on the other hand you would for sure not stick out and be one of many to carry it.
Now the traditional luggage brand has gotten together with high end fashion designer Raf Simons on a collaboration collection, to be released Spring/Summer 2008. We saw a few pieces at the Bread & Butter fair this past summer and now they present the entire line-up. Interesting materials, cuts and colors make up the collection. Once can hardly recognize Eastpack, but the collection is definitely very interesting and something to look out for. It consists of bags and backpacks in all sizes, so anyone should find a favorite in there.
